Don't know what happened to my membership but Hotel Power is great! Always comes through with a good deal!

I booked my family's Singapore Trip using Skyscanner that in-turn routed us to Hotelpower.com. I got a very comparable rate and so I went with it as their cancellation policy seems excellent (i have not tried that yet).

Anyways, when I made the payment, i thought of checking the validity of the website and to my amazement, found sooo many bad reviews to the point where I was nervous.

i called up the hotel in Singapore and they confirmed my booking. THIS IS A LEGITAMATE website. .

The customer service was really short but spoke very nicely.... I had a good experience so far.....I recommend hotelpower.com !!!!

I booked with Hotel Power because they had the best price on The Downtown Grand in Las Vegas. It was so low, I thought it might be a scam, and after reading other reviewers, I called the hotel to confirm. The two rooms I booked were reserved, just as I had purchased them. Great price, great hotel and a very good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I booked last week for las vegas strip it was super low price, everything as confirmed inmediatly, cant complaint at all.. Will be using them alot from now on :)

Hesitant to book with Hotel Power because of reviews on this site. Happy to report my stay at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua went smoothly. I called the hotel to have my Marriott Rewards number attached to confirmation and my reservation showed up in my account. When I arrived at the hotel, I was upgraded to a deluxe category room. Needless to say, I will be using them in the future.

Ive wanted to write about it since I was scared that pricing and service (they call yo to check everything is okay with your reservation) was too good to be true. Well, it was just very good since the hotel rate theyve offered was by far the best weve found, and there were not hidden costs or charges, that I was afraid we would face once there. Therefore, great experience with our booking and stay in Argentina through Hotelpower.com.

I was having an issue booking online for a hotel in Cancun, I called in and expressed my issue and the agent apologized and offered to assist. After 10 mins on the phone my booking was completed, for even a lower price. Awesome!!! I am going to book with them for every trip. I also signed up for the membership it is a great offer
