Even one star is too much. I booked an airport transfer last April. The taxi never turned up. When we rang the company they told us we had to take a taxi, ask for a receipt and we could make a complaint and we would get the taxi money back. Four months later after making at least 15 complaints, we still have not got our money back and even worse, they give you a reference number when you make your complaint, but they never give a follow up and they never contact you.
This company is connected to Hotelopia and I will keep on trying to get my money back and I will never book anything again.

I am a travel agent that books with hotelbeds online. They are the worst company to book with as they offer no support when their website makes mistakes. I cancelled a transfer and the website then cancelled the hotel as well. They offered no explanation and just accused me of cancelling and did not offer to help me get the room back with the hotel. VERY unhelpful agents at the call centre.

Great deal for vegas... We were lucky with the flights and it got better with hotelbeds for the accomodation .

I've been working with HotelBeds for over an year and I'm very pleased. They helped me reach new markets with small effort from myself. Would be good if they improve partners portal interface but otherwise the platform is good and works very well to bring more foreign guests to my small hotel.
