80 Days & still not paid.. is there a problem with your company?How much credit do you need? Contractually 30 days, but you have taken 80 days and still counting..Algarve hotels cannot afford this type of business behaviour. Please get your Palma head office to get it sorted..

booked my room online with this company took my money bpoking confirmed .arrived at hotel only to be told they should not have made the booking as hotel was fully booked and they knew this .luckily there was a last minute cancellation and we were able to get a room which we had to pay for again and told we had to seek our own refund from hotelbeds ourselves .have emailed them numerous times with no reply .very dissapointed to say the least .

An error in booking occurred. I made numerous attempts to communicate with hotelbeds.com (aka hotmess.com). I sent emails via their "contact" multiple times and got NO REPOSE.
Better to sleep in the dirt than use this company!

Made a booking through booking.com and direct me to hotel beds saying they processed the booking.
For personal reasons i needed to cancel the booking, called booking.com and advised i needed to cancel with hotelbeds as they processed it.
They said they were not able to do anything and hunged up the phone.
I still need to cancel the booking been trying to sort this out for the past 5 hours!!!!

Went to book hotel stay with FourPoints Sheraton online, was unknowingly redirected to a 3rd party when i was trying to book direct from the Fourpoint site. This company lures you in by the "deal of the day at this low rate, including "free" Wifi and Breakfast. Proceed regular checkout, payment was made in full. However going through the checkout process a "Service Fee" of $85.05 for basically booking through this 3rd party site. No mention of any actual services rendered, except that you get to book through them for $85!
I tried to cancel immediately from the site (which i paid in full already) and indicated I would be charged the entire 301.00...By the way, the advertised "deal of the day" was $212.00. Ended up spending more time calling and spoke to a rude representative. Basically, he could only credit me 21.00$ for my "inconvenience."
DONT USE...scammers!

I am struggling to get in contact with anyone from Hotel beds. I thought I was booking a room from Southwest/Booking.com and when I never received any confirmation on my booking I called the hotel and they stated I have a reservation from Hotel Beds. I don't see how that happened. I am trying to call Hotel Beds as I don't know the rate or terms. I don't even understand how it was booked through them.
Its very frustrating as I cannot get in contact with them either.

Beware unauthorised transactions - Hotelbeds.com charged my debit card three times on separate dates, there is no way to contact these frauds and cyber crime police won't take cases for medium amount financial fraud only big cyber crimes.
Be careful when booking hotels directly from hotel websites as some hotels use hitelbeds.com payment gateway to charge guests and later deny and ask you to contact hotelbeds.com
We got scammed by hotelbeds.com and My Eden hotel, Kuta, Bali by charging three times to our debit card

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
On Sunday, 2 June 2019, I made my holiday booking on the island of Lefkada via trivago namely the hotel / apartment "Bayside" in 31082 Vassiliki, Lefkada from 12.7.2019-15.7.2019 for 2 adults and 1 child (14 -year-old son). During the booking I was forwarded to the booking platform OTEL.com, from which I also completed the booking of the hotel in the amount of € 332.72 and paid with the VISA CARD.
Thereupon at 22:09 o'clock (on 2.6.2019 see attachments) I got by mail from trivago Express Booking the order confirmation with the reservation no. 8071ED8 from the hotel "Bayside" Lefkada, Vassiliki, with the requested date with the note "already paid" € 332,72.
At the same time also at 22:09 (vgl.Beilage) I got a mail from otel. (no-reply).with the same reservation number. 8071ED8 the hotel "Bayside" at 85104 RHODES, Kremasti Beach € 332.73 with the remark "Non-Refundable". From my visa card at the same time € 332.72 were deducted.
My spouse called the next day (Monday 3.6.2019) directly at the Hotel Bayside in Lefkada and in Rhodes. Under this reservation no. 8071ED8 was found in Lefkada no booking. In addition, the lady stated on the phone that at the hotel in Lefkada at that time no room would be free. In the hotel in Rhodes - which we never booked and did not want - we are very well booked and confirmed under this reservation number!
Furthermore several times tried the customer service of Otel.com under the Tel.Nr. +90 850 502 77 69 call. But this number is not available. FAKE ?
Several emails since 03.06.2019 from 08:00 clock to this platform otel.com remained unanswered until now !!!. The card payment was affected by the company VISA.
We therefore want to cancel the hotel booking in Rhodes and have refunded the already debited from the credit card amount of € 332.73. We hand over the case to our lawyer on suspicion of fraud.
In the social forums, the public is to inform about these machinations. All confirmations in the appendix!
Request a timely statement as well as an official contact address and working phone number of the dubious company Otel.com.
THE ANSWER OF THE WRONG HOTEL:

Good morning from Rhodes
We would like to inform you that we received a booking from HOTELBEDS with the reference 436-2288582 for the dates 12 July to 15 July with the name Wilhelm Friedl X 3 pax.
We assume that they make a mistake and booked you to Rhodes instead of Lefkada.
You can contact them and cancel the booking – we only have the reservation from them but we cannot cancel it – It has to be made by you.
Also we would like to inform you that we have not received any payment – Normally payments are made to us, 2 – 3 weeks after the guest’s departure

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We booked a room a month before, only to find out when we checked in, that it had been cancelled by Hotelbeds.com, for no reason. We called the customer service number, got hung up on three times, and cursed at. They are totally dishonest and unprofessional. I doubt seriously that we will every get our money back. Total scam

If there was a zero star I would have selected it, they are robbers.
I selected a room at the cost of £128.43 but at the end it said they had charged me £182. On checking my bank they have taken £189.
I have tried numerous sites to get in contact with them to no avail. The hotel I booked with gave me an email address for them which does not exist. No phone number but apparently they are based in Malta. DO NOT BOOK with Hotelbeds.com. They are dishonest, this is false advertising. They owe me over £60 but no chance of refund as I cannot get in touch with them. Did not receive confirmation of my booking, had to check with the hotel!!

I had booked a room 3 months in advance of my trip and had to pay in advance. When I checked in at the hotel they had the wrong room information. Telling me the 3rd party company sent over what they had booked me for and to call them about a refund. When I called the company they refused to give me my money back for the confusion they had caused! So after 5 days of trying to work something out im just going to take them to court! Horrible company and service! Hope me taking them to court will show all of America how they just steal peoples money! Cant wait to have them exposed! Do NOT book from this company!!!

Total false advertising. The description of the hotel they were providing, did not match the true picture. Hotel El Fell Tunisia, booked through a third party, Travel Republic. The Hotel is a building site. There is no opportunity to add pictures but, I think there should be. The Hotel is still available even though I have a claim going through. We stayed just a few hours because the restaurant the bar, pool outside, beach, and shop all were either not available or sub standard.. We booked all inclusive there were no snacks in the afternoon. We only stayed for a rather sad looking lunch. This hotel seems to have local clientele only. Hardly anyone spoke English. The beach was unusable full of rubble and rubbish. The only good part was the room, and we could not just stay in there for 2 weeks.

Absolute worst , do not book with them. I paid them for my room and then their credit card declined at check in at our hotel. The clerks tried to help us but 3 hours later no one answered hotelbeds phones. We ended up having to pay for our room again. Thieves stay away from their site !!!

I should have checked with this site first before I booked a tour in Paris. Awful terrible the worst. Leaving on my trip on Easter and I am booked for a Paris tour and Eiffel Tower tour and lunch through this fraud of an organization. I get a cancellation notice right before I left and now what do I do??????? Paid a lot for this and I am now stuck. better get my money back from these frauds. NEVER NEVER NEVER use them

I booked through an independent platform a nice hotel in Arizona in December last year. As it turned out, the booking was made through HotelQuickly who had liased with that independent platform. I lost the booking due to unauthorized cancellation by HotelQuickly. They claim issues with their hotel supplier, don´t reimburse the moneys taken, 400 Euros lost. Found out meanwhile that the "hotel supplier" was Hotelbeds, who cancelled my booking. Tough luck, bad provider.

Hotelbeds corporates with Hotel Quickly which scams customers by providing hotel room reservations, then cancelling the reservations and NOT refunding customer's payments. Hotelbeds is fully aware of those fraud activities and cannot be contacted by customers for complaints. Only ignorant people book with Hotelbeds.

SCAM ALERT!!! I booked a room online with Hotel Beds in Manila for a 1 night stay on Nov 16th. We were traveling for over 26hours, got to our hotel and they said our booking was canceled on Nov 15 at midnight without my consent. Of course the Hotel didn't have the same rooms available but only had a suite available for triple the price. It was 2am in the morning in the middle of Manila so I had to book it. I checked my credit card after 2 weeks and no refund from Hotelbeds. I checked their cancellation policy and it said no refunds after Nov 15th, and they canceled it right at the 1st minute of Nov 15th. It's a scam. At least my CC company reimbursed my money paid to Hotel Beds. DO NOT BOOK WITH HOTEL BEDS!!!

I did not even know I was booking with this company. I thought I called my hotel directly but somehow I was routed to this company.
They charged the entire amount to my card day of booking. 2 months in advance. Upon arrival at my hotel,,,,,,,,, I had no room and the hotel was booked solid. Do NOT use this company. Beware: you may be using them without your knowledge.

Not trustworthy.
For 3 days I've tried to get confirmation on return travel to Antalya airport from hotel in Avsallar. They could confirm in the very last hour.
You need to get your selv together.
But in all means, we got to airport in time.
Customer service doesn't have e-mail option. You can only call them, while you are in the destination and you wait 15 min. minimum to get an answer.

Never again! Booked a transfer from airport to the hotel and the coach never turned up. Had to wait their for 2 hours to find out travellers won't have any one to take them to hotel. I had to arrange another coach from a different company! Very inconvenient and worse company to work with!

Booked a one way transfer from Kings Cross station last month thru hotelbed. They even sent an email reminder and txt msg for the confirmed booking. Arrived London with no driver showed up. Tried to ring the emergency number for 5 times with no answer. Waited for another 15 - 20 minutes befre starting to wander around the station just in case I was waiting at the wrong place. Not even a single soul from the transport people! Ended up took a cab to hotel that cost almost 10x cheaper than they charged us.
Tried to explain the situation with my call log to emergency number captured but instead of getting the feedback, they just accused me saying that i did not let the call ring! I had asked for a copy of driver's GPS locator but appqrently those who work there dont know or dont understand what I have been asking. Instead of sending the GPS locator, they sent me back my call log! Idiot!
