Review by Name change on booking1 year ago
We simply had to change the name on our booking- to which their terms and conditions suggest you cannot make any amendments. You have to cancel the room and re-book, which is totally unreasonable. Ricardo Enrique Ibañez Gonzalez was very helpful and took matters into his own hands to help overcome this hurdle. So I would say- not a great ethos as a company, but luckily Ricardo was hugely helpful and made the process less painful after a few back and forward emails.

HOTELBEDS.COM AS A THIRD PARTY VENDOR WHO BOOKS ROOMS IN HOTEL IS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST, UNETHICAL, BUSINESS. THEY TAKE YOU MONEY FAST BUT YOU CAN'T TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE RUDE AND LIE AT EVERY MOVE.

I paid for 3 nights (4 people) in Hotel Golf (Prague) through AMOMA.com on 10th June 2019. Amoma.com crashed on September and the Hotel Golf was notified of my cancelled reservation by Hotelbeds. No one (Amoma, nor Hotelbeds) let me know about this situation. 400 € was stolen by this company/ies and there is no chance to get money back. Actually I am trying to solve this problem with representative in EU parliament to check on the Hotelbeds. I am sure that all scammed clients should take a legal class action against hotelbeds.

Complete SCAM! I made a reservation on Booking via Booking Basic, the third party being HotelBeds, for a 4 beds room in Rest Up Hostel London and I paid 170 pounds for 3 nights. When we got there Hotel Beds actually booked the cheapest beds in a huge dormitory of 30 people and paid the hostel only 20 pounds, the rest of the sum kept for themselves. I called booking numerous time but they said Booking Basic has no call center and neither does Hotel Beds so there s nothing to be done. Out trip to London was ruined and my money stolen! Keep away!!

We booked through a hotels website that was hacked and redirected to finish the booking through officialhoteliers.com and now 4 months later when we are 4 weeks away from the trip we went to confirm and the hotel says the booking was through a travel agent (Official Hoteliers) and was cancelled and our money was returned..BUT NO MONEY WAS REFUNDED AND NOW WE HAVE NO RESERVATION!

We booked with Anoma, which we found through Trivago for two nights accommodation in AKL at Walford Apartments and confirmed our booking with Walford over the phone a couple of weeks after booking. Only to find upon arrival our booking had been cancelled. Turns out the booking to the apartments was made by Hotelbeds and then cancelled by them. No notification to us, so we were left out of pocket, no accommodation and had to pay triple the price. Absolutely disgusted with this practice as it turns out we are not the only ones! And of course there are no contact details for Hotelbeds on their website so we can't dispute with them. Don't trust Hotelbeds, Trivago or Anoma!

For our one-night stay at the Millennium Copthorne Hotel, Anzac Avenue, Auckland City, our accommodations had no air conditioning, no phone, a non-working shower and a blocked toilet.
The duty manager promised to refund our booking, spoke with Joanne at Bookings.com in Seattle, Washington to confirm that the Millennium Copthorne had agreed to refund our money. But later Bookings.com emailed to say payment had been made by Hotelbeds which refused to refund the booking. Hotelbeds' site has no email; their Twitter feed says they are based in Spain, but the address we were given was a street address in Singapore with no email or phone number.
Millennium Copthorne is working with Hotelbeds to take payment from customers, not deliver on services and avoid repayment. DO NOT BOOK WITH MILLENNIUM HOTELS IN AUCKLAND.

My reservation got cancelled by Hotelbeds, which I only got to know when I arrived to the hotel in Cyprus. And I had to pay for another room to be able to stay, which was almost double price of the original. Absolutely crazy! They did not inform me about what happened. Now I'm trying to get a refund somehow, but it seems like it's impossible to find an email address or any contact info to them... Can someone help me with that? Could anyone contact them?

My login credentials closed by Indian team without any info. Tried contacting Indian representative, send several mails - but they don't care & even no reply for any mail.
This is what we have faced after using HotelBeds system for several years.
These careless people | employees of company earning big salaries will only spoil brand name as they even don't care for agents working with them.
Or another reason might be they will promote agents belongs to their own states or community.
BETTER NOT TO USE THIS SYSTEM IN FUTURE.
LOW LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT.

Boy I wish I’d seen this first. I booked and paid for the hotel. Arrived and found that they cancelled my booking via a pathetic email stating we hadn’t paid, which we did because you can’t book without paying. I checked directly with the Hotel to make sure it was booked, this was confirmed and they said it was paid for so I didn’t worry. Turned up yesterday to find it was cancelled by Hotelbeds and of course they have our money. How can they get away with this?

The worst online booking system we had ever used in UAE. Especially the sales team. If you got stuck some where, they even wont pick the calls or address the issues. bedsonline.com which books through hotelsbeds.

Another bad review. When got the booking confirmation realized it was wrong not in response to email apart from the first automatic one no response the telephone until it was too late to change the booking. Consequently had to pay the driver same cash again. Seems to be pure agency that I don't give a stuff about a customer try and book it direct. amazingly the review says to leave a reference number so that they respond. Lol didn't responded to anything else.

We used to have a good relationship as a travel agency with HotelBeds. Not recently - they have started cancelling bookings against our contract terms and their whole finance and CS team has been moved to India where quality levels and understanding of basic customer service issues has been appalling. We will be moving all our business to other third party suppliers.

I work for a travel agency and was looking into LegoLand California theme park tickets. Two tickets had the exact same name but two different ticket prices. I started an online chat to find out what the difference between the two tickets are. The agent online did not know. They stated "For us to check the exact inclusions of the ticket, we can check it to the supplier directly once the reservation has been made." How do you have two tickets with the same name but two different prices for the same date and location with both ticket names and prices on the same screen but not know what they entail. I had as much information before the online chat as I did after. It seems like a poor run company. They did state that after I make the reservations I could cancel within 3 days after I received the information regarding the difference between the two tickets. I am worried that I won't get my information until after the cancellation date has expired. They do not instill a lot of confidence in their abilities.

For a business trip i made a booking through Love Holidays, supplier for Hotel Beds and after more than 8 hours spent on the phone and live chat with both companies, the hotel still did not receive the booking confirmation from them. They were passing the phone calls on hold and saying we will be contacted back. At the end of the day they said it was an error and they will provide us with an relocation, we waited for hours, a proposal that never came. In the end we had to cancel our entire trip that was for business not for vacation in the night we were supposed to leave. DO NOT TRUST IT'S A TOTAL SCAM

Pretty bad start to our holiday when our transfer was no where to be found, instructions were followed and no one had our name written on a notice that we saw everyone else had. Tried contact numbers provided but did not go through to anyone. We were with another couple who had the same issue. Waited for over an hour and ended up finding alternative transport which incurred more cost. Not happy and quite frankly worried we won't be getting picked up for our journey home.

Hotelbeds es muy facil esconderse detras de Amoma y anular las reservas de hotel echas en vuestro nombre. Lo mínimo que podrían hacer es verificar que una reserva echa en Mayo les fue abonada.
It’s too easy to hide behind Amoma and cancel the bookings made under your name. The least you should do is check that a booking made in May was paid to your company

We had to leave the first nigh do to the condition on the hotel. Outdated, never been renovated since probably 30 years. Service was not for 30 years. The facilities were
Very bad. The location was good but not to charges what they offer.
