-ToS 14 days refund policy is a lie
-VPS are shut down without your permission
-You're immediately forced to purchase upgrade, because they limit your VPS due to "excessive CPU usage"
-Dashboard information is deliberately misleading (including bandwidth usage)
-Customer support is limited to "please send email to %differentdepartment%"

I rented a few Root-Server from HostSailor. I think the prices from HostSailor are ok, but when there is a sale, the prices are awesome. You can buy dedicated servers for half a price.
Simply ask in the support chat for coupons, perhaps they have some.

I am using Hostsailor VPS more than a year and totally satisfied with their service. It has awesome stable server and it's performance is great. I used many providers before but none of them are stable like Hostsailor. There was no downtime at all for this long period which is really amazing. OS re-installation is genuine unlimited. The big thing is no one can beat Hostsailor's VPS pricing, at least I have found none. While using VPS, whenever I asked their help, they were always on my side in the time of need. Their tech support is fast and very friendly. I wish best of luck for Hostsailor

I can personally confirm all the very positive ratings here. I made in the past really bad experiences with other hosting provider, but here with HostSailor I'm really happy. You get the feeling as a customer you get treated as the "king" himself, every ticket gets worked-on immediately and if there really might be a reason that could cause you to look to competitors, they put a hard effort to eliminate that reason. This is really a quality of service which you don't find often on the web! So I can really recommend HostSailer!
