Ashish has been very helpful with my onboarding. He supported a pre-sale question for me very efficiently which convinced me to leave my previous host, and has now supported me in obtaining my WHMCS license included with my hosting package which I have been waiting for since Monday, quickly resolved by Ashish!
Waiting four days for a response via support tickets has not been a great first impression of Host4Geeks, but Ashish's efficiency has given me hope.

I have been using Host4Geeks for over a year and I haven't had any problems. Their packages are well structured and there is no hidden costs.
Their support staff is professional and well mannered. Whenever I required any assistance, their online chat & email support channels helped me in a timely manner. The staff (billing, sales & support) understand their products and is able to answer any question regarding their services within minutes.
In all the time I have worked with them, I haven't experienced any downtime or other availability issues.
I can recommend Host4Geeks for standalone & reseller hosting.

We host a very high traffic wordpress powered news website on a fully managed dedicated server from host4geeks for about 3 years now. The site is one of the most popular news websites in our state and receives over 8 million unique visitors per month and we have been surprised at how well the devops team at host4geeks have managed to power this site with a single server and consistently managed an average page load times of less than 1 second.
While looking for a provider we received various quotes from numerous other hosting companies and while host4geeks was not the cheapest, no one provided a proposal as comprehensive and as detailed as host4geeks did. We setup a meeting with them at their office, the team laid out a highly detailed plan that outlined how the migration would happen and how would we scale up and down depending on traffic. The entire team demonstrated extreme professionalism during the whole process.
After 3 years, I am very happy to report that things have been great!
