I cannot thank the team at Host4Geeks enough. Jay, Ashish & Daniel were impeccable in migrating my server over the weekend. Not only was my dedicated server deployed in less than 24 hours and migrated over 80 cPanel accounts over the weekend with no issues, from my previous provider. I got a great deal for a fully managed server with cPanel/WHM and the recommendation to use SSDs instead of HDDs by Jay turned out to be an amazing decision. My sites load faster than ever.

I can not recommend these guys enough. If you are looking for a proper managed service, Host4Geeks is the one.

For me, the true measure of service is how an organisation responds when things go wrong.We suffered a server error with our Odoo system, hosted by Host4Geeks, on a Friday evening. The server error itself was entirely our fault, but what happened next exposed the poor service offered by Host4Geeks.
We raised the issue immediately via a ticket, asking for the system to be restored from their weekly backups. As this is offered as part of the managed service we were expecting it to be a fairly quick and painless process. For over 2 days we received various stalling responses (reviewing your ticket and will update you shortly / kindly standby for the update / senior admin not currently available etc etc).
Eventually, on the Monday morning we received a reply from the senior admin admitting that they had recently changed their remote backup service and no backups were available from the previous system. New backups were apparently being generated but would take until the end of the week!
For me, this exposed a number major failings at Host4Geeks:
1: Their support for Odoo is not 24x7, as advertised. It is just 8x5 support, relying on one or two people internally who know anything about Odoo. Yes, you can log a ticket, but L1 and L2 support are unable to provide anything more than canned "thank you for your patience" responses. If your organisation relies on Odoo, and you operate at the weekends, you cannot rely on Host4Geeks.
2: Inability to provide backups. An organisation that we depended on to host our systems left us exposed by retiring their old backup system before their new backup system was ready. At the time we needed them most, this meant Host4Geeks was completely unable to provide any kind of backup. If we had not kept our own separate backups we would have been left entirely without a critical business system for a whole week.
In the end we needed to go for a completely new install of Odoo and the restoration of our own separate database backup (which of course had to wait until Monday morning when their Senior admin was available).

For an organisation that promotes itself as "we're always here, eager to help you! 24*7 support and fast ticket response times with on-demand escalations. Our support is what we're renowned for.", it was an extremely disappointing experience. Now we know for certain that Host4Geeks is not an organisation we can depend on.

Today itself i have taken reseller hosting plan from them and i cant even login to cpanel or whm panel. everytime it says your ip address has changed. the guy mahesh is saying that you will have to take a static connection but the fact is i am able to loging into godaddy, bigrock and milesweb with the same connection without any issue.
Update1 : just after posting this review they deactivated my account instead of solving problems and said they would refund but it has been 4-5 days but got no refund. For prove I have their mail and chat also.
Update2: Host4geeks is such afraud company that they are trying their best to remove my review. saying that i have no idea of using hosting service and i am not their customer as they never processed my pruchesed but the fact is i have all the mails and chat screenshots in which they clealy tell that they would refund and have cancelled my account. there is no option to upload screenshots otherwise i would have done that for sure

Your servers are good. However, their support team is deficient and very slow. If you need a service that offers continuous 24/7 support, this may not be a good place for you.
