The item came quickly the dry wash is really good help when doing a light clip, will get this again,the riding tights I order UK 14 which it said were 30 inches, were only 28 inches when I measure them making them to small, I do take a size UK 14 when getting riding tights from a UK shop, it’s a shame because their are a nice tight and because of this I have now order a size UK 16 and UK 18 hopefully one of this will fit, I did not know who does the sizing on their clothes but they are not getting the UK size right. I have give four star because the wash is great and the item come in a couple of day from ordering

terrible customer service, products not sent and no communication so cancelled order, they then sent the order, I refused it, items back with them, now struggling to get my money back, going to have report them for theft as never answer the phone and rarely reply to emails. I would not recommend buying from this company at all. I have since seen other reviews saying the same, wish I had checked first.
Edited due to your reply to add: and now they lie!! We refused delivery of the item at our front door as you well know as I had already bought elsewhere as I had had no communication at all !! Even more reason to avoid. I have proof from DPD that the item was refused at delivery. 🤬
Edited again as they have changed the reply: it couldn’t be delivered because I refused delivery when they tried to deliver it! What is so hard to understand about that ? Useless 🙄

I have a lesson each week and bought this to use over the winter. I ride indoors then and although I get hot riding I need long sleeves.
This is just the right thickness, not too thin and not overly thick. Love the pocket on the front too. Fits well to size. Love it!

DPD never even tried to deliver our purchases, Horze offered no explanation and eventually after a few weeks I got a refund, A week later after I complained to DPD i was told it was a relief driver who did not attempt to deliver our items.

The product is good but I ordered it 2 weeks ago and it just came today which isn't in the 3-7 business day, I would also like a refund because I got sent the wrong size of the product other than that it's a very good business
