Not good service for delivery. I ordered 5 chairs and they were supposed to be delivered within 5 days . In 7 days they were will not delivered , i called the office and they informed me chairs were not in stock and they would send me those immediately . Never happened . I called again in 5 days when I realized my order was still not shipped . Somebody from office promised me again to send my chairs . Did not happen again . Finally they passed my order to post nl in 14 (!) Days after I made purchase .very sad they never communicated with me about delays . I will not order from them again

Really bad service,and bad communication,I spend 900€ and my pack still didn’t arrived! They promise will be arrive in 24/48 but is not true,and of course Saturday are close so you can’t call....ridiculous

Bad communication, no feedback, no call back as promised, No respect of deadlines because of shipping to private address (which I never mentionned). How did they get my private coordinates? No excuses and accusing me of all the mistakes. Read your e-mails guys!

I had a pleasant experience with Horeca world while starting my restaurant but BE AWARE they like you as long as you want to buy something from them. If you have something to repair or replace - forget it. You will never get it done. My blender motor was broken few months ago. It is in guarantee so I raised a repair request via their website. I had to send blender with my own cost to there store in reference to the online request. It's two and half month now, I am still calling them, sending emails and I haven't heard any response from them. Every time their colleague at the customer help desk tells me that I will be called by the repair department but no one actually contacts you. They have no way to contact repair department and customer help desk can't share any information to you. Also there is no escalation point!! I will never buy anything from them again.

Very bad quality products, fryer brakes after 0,5 year and pasta cooking machine breakes after 2 months. Very difficult contact, To get the equipment back from the service You need to wait few months. In the meantime very rude service emails.
Don't order here!!!!
I'm very surprised that they are still on the market, they sell second hend (repaired) equipment as new one... they will be bankrupt soon!!!
