There was a sort of bug on your website, the wrong return date was chosen though I seemed to check everything before checking out. I noticed that only after paying for tickets.. fornutanely tour manager helped me figure everything out. i got my tickets with the right dates and a refund of the extra I'd paid by mistake!

We got a very low $ rate on tickets to Japan from the U.S. When American Airlines eliminated two of the four flights we were scheduled to take, Hop2 worked to reschedule us with other flights in a very helpful way. Only complaint is that we lost almost 4 weeks of time prior to this. They said they sent us an email about rescheduling it in October. But we never got the original email. Then they emailed us almost 4 weeks later with the same message, in mid November. But we had lost all that time without knowing that we needed to change our flights.

Hop2 is a pretty good service. I'll be sure once my travel is complete. One frustration I had was: After entering personal information - if I went to review the Terms and Conditions of an insurance contract for example, all the data I had entered (including credit card info) would be lost and I'd have to enter it again. If Hop2 can correct this or help me understand what I did to cause this frustration I would rate them 5 stars.

Despite a complicated security check for third party card, our bookings with Hop2 Travel have been excellent! In both cases an even better plan has been offered for the same price or less. The ticketing is perfect (confirmation and ticket number confirmed with the airline) and invoicing is very good, clear and effective. Thanks a lot! The letterhead for the invoice could wear a footer with more details about Hop2, but the most important is correctly displayed so all is well. Great job!

I purchased a round trip ticket from Seattle to Germany 3 months before my departure date. Everything was great. However, there was a problem for me to come back from Germany to Seattle. I needed to lay over in Canada for 2 hours. Then, on my return day, I was unable to check in and the airline person told me that I MUST a Canadian visa (I'm not a US citizen). They recommended me to buy a last minute ticket and it would cost me $1500-ish. The airline could not help me to change my ticket since I bought it from travel agent. Then, I was asked to call my travel agent if they could help me to find a cheaper alternative return ticket. I called Hop2 customer service right away and they helped me to find one. About 2 hour later, they emailed me with a new booking return ticket and only costed me about $460. It's still a lot of money, but I didn't have any other option.

Hop2 was transparent about providing the exact same price as the UnitedHealth airlines website plus their administration fee.
The main benefit was that Hop2 allowed me to pay in USD at my Bank's exchange rate, rather the new other websites that forced me to pay in my local currency at a much worse exchange rate.

The person helping me was very quick to respond and make changes as necessary. I give them 4 stars because there were many issues with my confirmation. First, i was sent a completely incorrect itinerary, then the incorrect price was shown, and finally the arrival dates were incorrect. Bane worked quickly to resolve each issue.
