INo customer service
I have been a customer since 2017.
The quality of their products is not the best, have had suspenders clips breaking after 2nd use, but in overall I Iike their products and style and kept buying from them.
My latest order was lost by their chosen courier and 12 days later I still have not heard from this company despite several emails and posts via their Facebook page, they simply don't care! They have cashed in and are not bothered if the customer has received the product or not!

Don't even bother - absolutely appalling
Save your money and go for something better quality and where you'll get a better service. I ordered a bra, in my usual size which is correct that was 2 sizes too small. Trying to get an answer out of customer service is borderline impossible - messages on social media are read but ignored, expect a 3 week reply to emails and the phone number doesn't work.
I worked in luxury goods and this place is the antithesis for luxury. Not what I want when I've spent over £100 on an underwear set.

Returned an item for an exchange 4 weeks ago. HB received it over 3 weeks ago, they claim they don't have it even if DPD tracking states differently. I don't have an item and I don't have money back. It was £100.

Receive my order quick next day on my door. Everything good. Then toy no work! I call up they say: No warranty! Lost $220 AUD dollars be careful!
