I placed an order on March 30 for delivery on April 8. I was told I would get email with tracking number on April 8.
I never got it and ham was not delivered. I wrote customer service. I got email saying I would hear back within 24 hours. I did not hear back. I called on Friday, April 10 and was on hold for 3 hours. When I was able to speak with a rep, I was told it would be delivered that day by OnTrac. A tracking number was not available. Ham was not delivered. It never did get delivered. I have written them a couple of times. The last time I asked for a full refund. The response I got back an email with their website and the same customer service number I had called previously. This time I was 301 in the queue. I am not waiting on hold again. They have lousy customer service in terms of delivery and follow-up with customers. The 2 times I had contact with them at the beginning I was told lies.

Like many recent reviews, I did not receive my order on the date promised (4/10) nor did they meet the follow up delivery of 4/11 or 4/12. I only received a single email from AFTER the initial missed delivery date. There was no tracking number or way to contact them aside from their standard support number. On Saturday, their support line had an estimated wait time of more than 600 minutes. Finally today, they replied to a message requesting a refund saying it would take them 2 weeks to issue a refund. It's funny how it takes them 30 seconds to charge my card but 2 weeks to issue a refund. One of the worst experiences I've had with an online business.

Thank you for....nothing. My order I placed 2 weeks ago never got delievered like I paid for and then they kept me on hold for 3 hours and 12 minutes just to disconnect me once I was down to caller 3 in the queue. Did I mention THREE HOURS. I think that is a record for time I have spent on holdin my entire life. I dont even like Ham!!!! But my family does and it was for Easter...now I have to try to figure Easter dinner out with 1 day to spare and the grocery stores being out of everything. WORST EVER!!!!! They only got a star from me because it wont let me leave it blank.

I placed an order as a gift for a family member for Easter to be delivered today, Friday. I never received an email saying that it was shipped so I tried to call customer service to find out the status. Called the 1-800 number and was 150+ in line with a wait time of over 2 hours. Gave up on that and tried to call a local store only to be routed to someone who picked up but said he did NOT work for Honeybaked Ham and informed me that due to more important COVID-related deliveries that my ham could not be delivered. A bunch of BS as all my other online ordered have been delivered on time. He said he couldn't even check on the status of my order and when asked if it would EVER be delivered, even if post-Easter, he couldn't answer that and just said to call my credit card company to get a refund. Ridiculous! It is a gift I told someone to expect and now it isn't going to arrive at all?!

If a company advertises, both in print and on television, a product or service, charges your account, and then never delivers the product or service, is that not fraud? I ordered a ham online, and, of course, no ham was delivered. There is no response to emails and, as others have reported here, there is no way to speak to "customer service". As you get to the bottom of the phone que, you are disconnected. Perhaps this company should have spent less on television ads and more on delivery services. While I understand that all those of us who might have gone out for dinner on Sunday were going to be ordering instead, one would think that Honey Baked Ham would have anticipated the sheer numbers of orders, particularly online orders due to the "Stay Home" lockdown. I googled the company and was interested in
the name of their CEO. I hope Linda Van Rees had a nice Sunday, April 12, 2020. We didn't have our ham.
I would like my money returned, no, correction, I want my money returned. Lesson learned.

I ordered a ham meal online. I received confirmation and the meal would be delivered on Friday April 10th. No delivery Friday or Saturday. I sent 5 emails to customer service and 1 email to the corporate office. I called numerous times only to be told your wait time is 567 minutes or that I was number 282 in the que. I got an answer when I called the Ventura store and while she could not help me she said they have had nothing but complaints on the delivery service. In light of the Coronavirus and the request that we not go to the grocery store one would think that Honeybaked ham would have been ready. So I ask you honey baked ham, WHAT WOUKD YOU LIKE ME TO TELL MY GUESTS THAT ARE COMING FOR EASTER DINNER? Please, I dare you to give me a valid reason. I hate to even give you one star but there is no rating lower than this!

Bought 3 pounds cooked pot roast and was anxious to serve for dinner but when I hurryed and had a bite of it was very HIGH ON SODIUM! I'm in my 60's and I know this is going to be harmful to my health.

I ordered it for my grandmother, it was never delivered. No one responded to multiple emails, if you called you were disconnected and the one time I got through I waited on hold for 5 hours only to be disconnected. There was no follow up and if I had let them they would have just stolen my money. Its shameful that they took advantage of the current situation and people. My 83 year grandmother isn't going out, she lives far away from us and had no Easter dinner. If they couldn't fulfill the orders they shouldn't have committed to them. Shame on them for leaving people with nothing and no communication whatsoever. This is a sign of the character of this company and I would never recommend them to anyone. There are other business that are committed to helping people and providing them with resources and costumer service during this time.

I am so angry and disappointed in Honey Baked Ham Company!!! I placed my Easter Dinner order a week ago and it never got delivered. l paid for it, they charged my card and the day before Easter, still has not gotten here. It was supposed to be here yesterday. I've sent 3 emails and the haven't responded. I call customer service, twice and both times they kept me on hold for over 3 hours just to disconnect me once I was down to caller 3 in the queue. In a time like this with us all locked down and our hopes are already low, I'm even more hopeless that this company can salvage our small plan for Easter. We will try though, at this last minute to see if some other local establishment an help us!! Never will be a go to!!!!

I ordered a ham, and I also ordered a ham for my disabled dad who can't leave his house. I was told the delivery date would be Friday April 10th. Neither ham showed up. I have left emails, and tried to call, but no one answers the phone. Now what, the ham is going to show after Easter. I have used honey baked ham for years, but not anymore. I guess all good things must come to an end. I just want my money back, I don't want the hams now!!

ordered 5 hams sent to 5 different locations,NO HAMS DELIVERED!!!!!!!!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY, DID NOT SEND CONFIRM #, CALLED THEM 3 DIFFERENT TIMES, WAIT TIME 3 HOURS EACH TIME, WHEN I'M DOWN TO 30 PEOPLE THEY HANGUP ON ME.
over the years honeybaked has gone down hill, Last straw for me, never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a ham for Easter that was to be delivered on 4/10/20. I received confirmation number from Honeybaked but no tracking number from delivery company. I called HB, on hold for 3 hours 10 mins, when I was number 7 in queue my call was picked up and then disconnected. I called back and then was number 487 in line. Could never get thru. I emailed with no response. So, I have no ham for Easter dinner. And yes, my credit card WAS charged for this item. I have been a loyal customer for the past 20 years purchasing at least 10 times a year from this company. NEVER AGAIN- our holiday meal that we were counting on at this difficult time was ruined. Thanks for nothing, Honeybaked Hams. You have lost a good customer.

I am a healthcare worker in San Diego. Like many others I have been trying to avoid grocery stores and other crowded places as much as possible. Online order From Honey baked ham seemed like a great option. I placed my order on April 3. They guaranteed Easter delivery as long as order was placed by April 8. Long story short. No Easter dinner, nothing on the website letting anyone know orders are not coming. 5 hour wait to call customer service. Finally after 5 days I was able to reach a representative who told me they most LIKELY will give me a refund. But I have to wait up to a week for a callback. The picture I included is the spam we had to raid out of our pantry. #honeybakedspam for Easter. I used to be a business owner. When you mess up you go above and beyond to make things right. I am disgusted by this company and the response I have received thus far. Hope others will read this and think twice before doing business with HoneyBaked Ham company.... Update, Honeybaked Ham sent me an email today. The email was a cold message that we will be getting a refund. Again no apologies or explanation of why we did not receive our Easter dinner.

Let me start off by saying I truly appreciate that your open during this CoVID-19 crisis. For someone like myself who is in Health care at a hospital this is a very trying and stressful time. I am working long hours so unable to prep my children and their family's dinner to drop off this year, since we are unable the gather this Easter like we have always done in the past. So here were you employee's played a role in added stress to an already stressful time. I was schedule to pick up on 4/8/2020 I had order 5 family meals with the 10 dollar off coupons for hams ( I only was using 3 of them ) I called Linda around 5 PM to let her know I was needed to stay at the hospital to help with the Crisis. She was so kind and thanked me for my services and said no worries you would be open tomorrow with extended hours. I was so relieved I left the hospital after 16 hours and was able to go to sleep knowing my husband was going to pick up today. When he arrived today to pick up the Guy that helped him was rude refused to take our coupons. My heart is so sad I thought Kansas City was better than that. So consider the $ 330.00 you got the last you will ever get from our family. I only go to places that treat people with respect and are kind to everyone.

I would give a zero if I can. Dont ever order delivery or try to use the website or call on phone. When it wasn't delivered on Friday as promised, I stayed on phone for over 4 hours with no response. No response from email either. Called store directly and told me that they just take order and send it to shipping. No response from shipping phone number or email provided. Yet still advertising on TV on delivery. I was told that I can pick up at store and pay another exhoribant amount of money for meal and then try to get refund.

I usually do order pick up but due to coronavirus scare and stay home order, I decided to order online. It says home delivery and it even stated on the website that they are partnering with ubereats and doordash, but it was a lie! Never got my order and it's supposed to be a next day delivery! Called twice and was on hold for almost 3 hrs! First time i spoke with someone named Janet and she said i might still get it by 9pm but nothing came and she said she will call me back the next day so I don't have to wait but she never did! Called the second time and on hold for almost 3 hrs and when my time almost came, i got a busy signal and nothing after that! They hung up on me when it was my time! Ridiculous to be going through this at this time of pandemic. Horrible!

I have the same problem others have had with Easter deliveries. Ordered on 4/7 and my card was charged on 4/8. The delivery was scheduled by Honey baked on 4/10. We are home all day every day and no delivery. I tried calling but wait times where too long. Emailed and no response. My card still has the charge on it today. I would never order from this company again. Why did they continue to take orders they could not fulfill. So disappointing. I would not recommend any one use their delivery service. Such bad business.

I just got back from buying 2 hams and I am very disappointed. Both hams have only a small amount of glaze. One is less with less than 1/4 covered with glaze. I buy these hams for the glaze and freshness and probably wont go back. I spent about 75.00.

Corporate has WORST customer service EVER!!! I arranged for 3 separate orders that were due to be delivered to my 90 year old aunt, my quadrapeligic brother (police officer shot in line of duty and a 75 year old friend of family a week ago. My credit card was charged and I received 3 confirmation emails indicating these hams would be delivered on 4/10, but no tracking info and nothing has arrived at any of the 3 locations and it is now 8:37 Saturday morning and Easter is tomorrow. My wife and I have called the customer service number and are either immediately disconnected if you call store or she has been on hold for over 3 hours. When I called the recording told me there were 448 calls ahead of her and now and the next update told me there were 328 calls in front of her!!! Since we can't be together with family for Easter, I thought it would be nice to keep these 3 safe from harm and continue one of our traditions of having the ham. I realize they are busy due to quarantine and it's Easter, but there MUST be a way to get some functional level of customer service and updating information. There are no updates on my online account with them, and no emails with tracking. I emailed customer service with my order numbers and have not heard anything. Since we have no idea if/when these orders will arrive, we will have to make other arrangements to feed these most vulnerable people... It would have been nice, professional, decent for them to HBHam to provide ANY information about status online, since it's impossible to reach a human being at this company. I guess I will see about driving 75 miles each way to shop for my aunt, another 89 miles for my brother and hope our friend can find something herself... [email protected]!!!!

I specifically ordered a honey ham to be delivered on 12/20 as a holiday gift. I just received an email that it is being delivered today. I am disappointed with the change in the delivery date. I had wanted delivery on 12/23 but that delivery fee was over $50.00 so I picked the closest delivery date to 12/23 which because of the weekend was 12/20. Why ask when you want the item to arrive if you are going to change the delivery date....so I have since had to notify the person the honey ham was purchased for to let them know to expect it today. Luckily, they will be home.

I went to get a half boneless ham today and was told I could not get it without reserving it in advance also I could not get the quarter bone in without reserving it also so I had to buy a more expensive half bone in ham if you are going to make it a reserve thing you need to advertise it or put it on the coupons or something, not let it be a total surprise after you wait in line for over an 1 hour to get a ham what happened to first come first serve maybe you need to sale on line and pick up at the store no surprises there I was very disappointed today I have been buying hams there for over 20 years now and never had to reserve it in advance

bought and PAID for a ham /turkey combo....as a GIFT...PAID for 2nd day air scheduled weeks in advance....the day it was SUPPOSED to arrive Came and went with NO DELIVERY !! then checked ups tracking....they said delivery date changed till MONDAY..that was an extra 3 days of sitting around for a total of 5 days TRANSIT time. NO explanations from ANYONE..but a "We do apologize"....and " you are NOT the only person that did not receive their order. !!!
