Karl was super helpfull!
I was so lost trying to get my wix website loaded with my domain name from Honcho, and i managed to stuff up my email with Gsuite, and Karl was super patient with me. Email all fixed and website should be in 24-48 hours.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
I have never felt so dismissed or felt so angry when dealing with any company
I paid for this site on the 18th March 2017 and to date I have not received anything from this company or any others in relation to this domain name.
I have had to make several calls today to other independent people to find out who the domain was registered with, so I could find contact details only to find out this was only the start of the process.
First I started with TPP wholesalers then I went to Business Switch and now Im with Honcho, Im sorry but all of the information should have been made available to me freely, not me to find out all of this information
I feel so disgusted as you customer so angry that I have been dismissed by your company

These guys charge $100 to setup your own ABN when you can do it for free via a government website.
I made the mistake of realising this AFTER signing up and paying Honcho the $100 fee. Upon realising I could get the SAME SERVICE for FREE elsewhere, I requested a refund, to which they gave me a partial refund.
They ended up taking $35 from me for doing NOTHING! I paid them at 9.01am and cancelled at 9.14am and they still charged me $35, telling me it was part of their "T&C's".
They need to make people more aware they are a PRIVATE ENTITY who charge for a FREE SERVICE. It's highway robbery.

I waited for 5 months to get my business name application approved. I was exchanging emails with the customer service for about three days. A week passed by I still haven't heard from her for an update. I kept sending her emails stating that I need updates about it. Still no reply. I had to personally ring customer service. If I hadn't rang them, I wouldn't be able to have the application processed. Very poor and very unacceptable.
