Great customer service but I had a Fourth of July sale on that sectional sofa it's going to take two maybe 6 weeks 8 weeks almost before I can receive it through shipping I paid my money on the 4th of July and I have to wait to August 28th before I can come into the warehouse so I'm assuming Maybe sometime in September which I don't agree with I have to go without that couch in my living room for that long

My shopping experience was great! My helper, Elodia, was very helpful.She answered my questions & if she didn’t know the answer, she found out for me.
The thing I really appreciated was not having pressure to buy something applied!!!

the sales personal were very good and took the time needed for my satisfaction. the service time to get someone on site was to long and the chose of times was not to my convenience and has to come back as my request was not clear to them

We had our delivery of two tables and a chair come right on time. However the day it arrived it was raining outside. The tables were boxed and not affected. But, the accent chair (Allison II) had a few strips of plastic around it. It was not wrapped properly, and as soon as the door of the truck was opened the seat and back cushion got wet.
The driver said that it was water off of the truck, and should dry. Hello, trucks are covered in grease and dirt... He took pictures and I took pictures.
I couldn't understand WHY a chair would only be PARTIALLY wrapped. Is that plastic saran type wrap expensive? Let's face it, weather happens. At any rate, I let him leave the chair. Looking back I should have refused delivery of it. But, I thought, well it was $299, what did I expect from this company?
BUT, BEFORE the driver left, I used a blow dryer on it, and it dried within minutes without any visible stains. Even though I was skeptical, because the Home Zone has a no return policy once delivered, I let him leave. But, THEN, customer service called THAT same day and said, "We heard about the water, and want to bring you a new chair!" The original chair was basically fine, even though it was mishandled. But, I was very happy to receive a new chair in it's place. They delivered it four business days later. Great prices and Great customer service!
I will add that the man who delivered the 2nd chair said he was shocked that our first chair was wrapped so badly. He said he wraps his chairs thoroughly before delivery. Does this mean the 1st driver wrapped the chair himself, and poorly on a very rainy day? Hmmm. The 2nd delivery man wouldn't comment on that.
At any rate. We're happy and we'll be back. Thanks Home zone!
