Very friendly

Excellent service at the Lewisville store location before pandemic & order online and door delivery service excellent as well. Really impressed with the customer care of this company!

My mattress didn’t inflate properly and we didn’t have anywhere to sleep for 2 weeks
We had to sleep on our couch until another mattress was delivered.
We paid 500 dollars just to have to wait to actually sleep on a mattress.

Justin provided the perfect ideology behind being a sales consultant. He initiated by speaking to me and letting me know that if I had questions he would be available for me. My wife and I browsed the store. My intent was to upgrade my recliners but I ended up getting the recliners and a new bed as well. I appreciate Justin for allowing me the oppurtunity to find what I wanted and not being hassled by the employees. It was even better when I found out he was from Mississippi which allowed us to click even more. I appreciate what he did for my wife and I by helping us in our purchase of a new bed and two new recliners.

I also would like to say thanks to the delivery team as well. They insured that the items were set up properly and also tested them in front of me to show me that they work. They also made me ensure they work by letting me control them why they were present. They also provided some basic knowledge on how to operate the items. I did not get their names but they were awesome. They also ensured the areas were clear of debris from the delivered items.

Couch going in a 2nd time for same repair. Have a 4 hour window for pick up. We are now in the last hour of that window and not even a call. We are not happy.

I didn't have a State issued ID but I did have my military ID. At first I was denied service and left alone by the salesperson. I continued to shop and spoke w/ someone else and showed my military ID and all went smooth from there. I felt like since I wasn't buying anything today due to my ID that I was left alone. But as soon as it was confirmed I had a valid ID the service went to where it should have been in the beginning. I advised I was going to purchase when I got my new TX ID but the sales person just went to someone else. So in the end she didn't sell me anything. I knew what I wanted and someone else provided the service to me.

Customer service was exceptional. I purchased a bedroom suite and a sofa table, delivery and price was well worth the money spent. I have shared my experience with all my family & friends. I'm sure to be a repeat customer.

My furniture came broken and I realized it after they left. I contacted dispatch but no one ever returned my phone call.

Great experience all around from sales to deliver !!

This was my second time purchasing furniture from Home Zone in Round Rock. I completed my dream bedroom suite, The Chalette II, this time. It is absolutely excellent quality and I freaking love it. Get compliments every time someone sees it. Last year we bought the bed, dresser, mirror, and 2 bedside tables. This time we bought the Chester and the dresser. No issues with any of our furniture over the last year. We will be buying our son a new bedroom suite next. The staff at the Round Rock Home Zone are knowledgeable and friendly and NOT pushy or too “salesy.” They gave us plenty of time to look around, stayed available to ask questions to, and made recommendations based upon our needs. We will definitely be back!!!!

I just wanted to say my experience at Home Zone was excellent. I wanted to change one of my rooms to a game/movie room. It's not very big so I was telling the sales lady she was a sister to the owner of the store, sorry I forgot her name.
What impressed me about her is when I walked in the store she said I don't work on commission so I'm not going to pressure you to buy anything. What do you need?

So I proceeded to shop around in the store she showed me several options of what I was looking for she answered all my questions without a problem. What I was impressed with it didn't take very long for my purchase she offered me a seat I had just had a hip replacement didn't want to to be running around town. I was really pleased with the fact that had a One-Stop shoppping experience. It was awesome and my furniture was delivered and setup as promised. My grandsons were so surprised and pleased for Christmas.

I have not been contacted on my replacement chairs, and it’s been several months.

Ms. Jefferson was super helpful and so friendly and came back to check on my husband and I at any moment she got to see if we had any questions or concerns. She definitely had great customer service.

Poor customer from the lady and the man. One man turned off the television while our child was watching tv. And the lady that help us wasn't to customer service, she stated we are getting a blue chair, and it arrived brown color smh...

I came in about an hour before closing and they were very fast and courteous. I got what I wanted with no problems

It's my second purchase and it's always a good experience. Nice sturdy and solid furniture for a decent price.

Home Zone was great
I appreciate that our sales person didn't hound us and helped me find the best deal for me instead of pushing me into something I couldn't afford.
