I am very disappointed with my purchase which was a pair of curtains to match a bedspread. The curtains and lining were very light, allowing light into the bedroom which I didn't want. I brought them to a dressmaker to get thermal/blackout linings added. This cost me more than I paid for the curtains. When I got them back and hung them up I immediately noticed two flaws in the curtain - these were in the pattern of the curtains. Having spent so much on getting them lined I could not rerun them. VERY disappointed with the quality.

Very pleased with my purchase, delivery within 24 hours, I have used this company several times, product and value outstanding, only deducted a star because communication falls short. Rarely get reply to an email.

Ordered two towels from this company. One of the towels looked like it had been washed many times it also felt like this as well.
Have tried to get sorted but the company have decided not to get in touch after i had sent a photo 3 times to them.
Will never buy anything from this company again.

Since none of my orders materialised I am at a loss to rate this company other than to say 'rubbish'. The first order of over £200 worth of bedding was 'lost' by the delivery company. The second order was out of stock, and I have no idea what happened to the third order but it never went through and I gave up. Communication by the company was very poor with only the occasional response to my queries.

Ordered bedding, paid by credit card and have received nothing. They have ignored call & emails, cannot contact them. Do not buy from these people, looks like we are not the only ones to be ripped off !!!!

Placed order. Got a email within 3 days saying my order had been despatched 11/4/19. It is now 26/4/19. No order has arrived and I can’t get hold of anyone to see if they can chase it up? Tried calling numerous times. Just rings and rings. Tried emailing? Nothing?? Was wondering if I’d ordered from a dodgy company?! I don’t know what to do apart from leave it with credit card company to cancel the transaction and be refunded!

once they have your email and phone number and rase your concens. you will not be able to get intouch as i was always blocked i never recived goods and had to use the fruad department at my bank to get my money back this is not a company so it makes it harder as they are not registered however i have also contacted traiding standards if you want anything go starght to there shop ?? do not buy over the internet sadly i did not have the option to give no star
