Very disappointing. Unheard of to not have a customer service contact that I could actually speak to. I ordered a computer desk Sept. 2nd. Received an email that told me the desk was picked up from warehouse September 5th and I would be contacted regarding delivery and track delivery. When I tried to track the delivery the company told me the item was not ready for pick up on September 5th. I wrote to cymax customer service didn’t hear from them again for days. Now they told me it was going to be picked up, again, on September 13th. Didn’t hear any thing until last week in September. Delivery was scheduled for October 2nd. Had my husband take time off from work for delivery and to disconnect computer and empty old desk. Shipment arrived after 3:00 pm terribly damaged. The desk Looked like a forklift went right through its base rather than the palate it was stored on. I refused the shipment. The delivery men took pictures and marked the shipment paperwork. So now how do I speak to someone regarding resolution? Sent an email with my phone number. Asked for a response. Still no answer 25 hrs. later! Also, part of the premier delivery package was that the furniture was supposed to be inspected before delivered. If that had happened we could have avoided many wasted hours not to mention time that was taken from work. Needless to say this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This company is TERRIBLE
I bought a leather office chair that looked great, was pretty comfortable and I was happy with it... until the base broke and the chair became wobbly after less than 6 months of use.
I call the company, who tells me that due to their 30-day return policy, I'd have to contact the chair manufacturer to get it replaced or repaired.
So I call the manufacturer (ACME) who tells me... no kidding... that they don't service their products that were bought through HomeSquare. I even offered to pay for the repair and they outright refused.
Then I contact Homesquare again to explain what ACME told me, and they said "We are unable to assist further with a return/ replace but if there is anything else we can do to further assist you, please do not hesitate to contact us."
So I replied that it was pretty short-sighted of them to treat a customer with such disregard, and they replied again with ACME's phone number, telling me to contact them directly.
So clearly, whoever replied to that message didn't even see the previous thread.
This company is a complete joke and they deserve to go out of business.

I purchased a glass cabinet through the Walmart website, and apparently they are blaming Walmart for making a mistake. This is the e-mail Homesquare sent me:
"Hello, We hope you're doing fine today. After extensive review of your order, we have determined that a Walmart listing error has occurred. A refund in the amount of $20.58 has been requested and sent to our accounting department for processing. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect back to your original method of payment. Kindly hold onto the item for now while we confirm a pick up date. Kind Regards, Home Square Customer Support"
I never requested a refund, and they sent "the wrong item" because they realized a mistake had been made. Clearly not my mistake.

Placed an order at 10pm, cancelled at 10am the next morning. Received a notification that FedEx picked up the package at 7pm that day, and it arrived at the FedEx facility at 9pm. They contacted me and offered me a 10% discount if I would take it anyway, which I refused, or I had the option to start the returns process. I e-mailed 5 times over the next 20 days and received no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The dispute was not resolved in my favor, which allowed me to see the information provided by HomeSquare. Someone named Jose L. provided information to my credit card company which included lies about the dates on which I contacted them and lies about them providing me with a pre-paid label for me to return the merchandise for a full refund. I will never deal with this company again.

I saw a product was almost $100 less on their site and was the same exact item. Placed the order and got no confirmation of shipping. Items arrived in damaged boxes and I immediately emailed them photos to their only email which is the support one on the day I got the items. Sent three more emails that week and finally on day five I got a response saying if I want to return I can pack them up and if I want to keep they would give me 10% credit. How am I supposed to return when the boxes are totally damaged?! I replied that hour and another week went by with no response. This is a shady business and I’m gonna have a talk with my credit card company!!

I need to return a file cabinet that I purchased for classroom that did not meet the quality described online and that arrived damaged. After
Trying to reach customer service but they do not ha e a phone contact number. I emailed them and filed a claim it took several days for them to respond and when they did they sent an email directions on how to send back my item and are expecting me to pay the cost of shipping. HomeSquare is requiring that I pay the shipping to send their damaged item back. The shipping costs are beyond what I paid for the item. I have sent another email/claim and have received no response. It has been another 4 days! I am very disappointed in their customer service. They seem to be trying to prolong my case so that I will have to keep the damaged item that I do not want!

Will not stand behind a defective chair. They keep stating it's past their return allowable time. I contacted them on Feb. 15, 2019 and the 30 day was Feb. 13, 2019. The chair(s) I purchased had top stitching and the top stitching came apart where they nailed in the brass tack. Please do not consider purchasing through them. If a problem arises, they do not care. Customer service is extremely poor.

If only I could give this company ZERO stars. I bought a $300 table that arrived so poorly packaged that the packaging foam had basically disintegrated. And because it was so poorly packaged, the table, itself has gouges in it. They have no phone numbers to talk directly to a customer service representative, so you have to email them. When we emailed them to have this DAMAGED table sent back and replaced, there was no response. Followed up, no response. At that point, there is nothing that can be done if they refuse to respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Home square is fraudulent and falsely advertises its products. After a month of contacting customer service, they finally responded and said it was my “monitors color” that was incorrect. The table legs were described as gold and pictured as gold. I received pink legs to the table. See attached pictures

Can I give 0 stars? I purchased this bed and it was delivered on 10/4. To start off the delivery guy didn't bring it to the 4th floor and I had to lug a huge heavy box myself. I put it together a few days later. After just 30 days this bed is broken and I'm unable to sleep in it because the support slats and support legs are completely flimsy and have broken off. I am one person sleeping in a bed. This is crazy to me! I contacted Google Express and Homesquare and both basically cite the 30 day policy for return with no resolution. I asked if they could send a new set of slats and support legs as the rest of the bed is in tact and to unassemble and find a box to ship would be impossible! I trashed the box not anticipating to purchase a bed that breaks like this. I will never recommend or use either of these services. Buyer's beware!

Please do not order from this company. They use fraudulent carriers service who will tell you your package is delivered or delayed but then ship it back to Homesquare so your can be charged shipping and restocking fee!! They only way to contact is via email and they will go along with what the carrier says until it is too late. After doing some research I found out I am not the only this happens too. Please read other reviews. Do not trust them. I was out almost $300.00 PLEASE DO NOT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

I purchased the last 4 chairs (supposedly) for $95.00/chair from the Houzz website. I didn't realize until later in this nightmare that I actually bought it from Homesquare which is a "seller" on the Houzz website Homesquare, in turn, refers to themselves only as a "drop ship company" where all products they offer are shipped directly from the various manufacturers they rep for.
The morning after placing my order, I went back onto the website to double check a dimension only to find that more chairs were not only "miraculously" available, but they were now $83,00/chair!! I contacted both Houzz AND Homesquare. Neither responded until the chairs were shipped then told me there was nothing they could do to match the current price!!
Upon receipt of the chairs, one was damaged and another chair's leather cushioned back "fell out" of the chair on the second day of using it!!! It took over ONE WEEK before we could even get anyone to respond even though we followed procedures.
I will NEVER purchase anything from Homesquare again!!! They price gouge based on product availability that THEY control!! I am VERY disappointed with Houzz as they just plead ignorance and do not take ANY responsibility for the integrity or ethics of the companies they advertise products for......really??????
If you are going to purchase from Homesquare, I would check pricing/availability on a daily basis for at least a week before actually placing the order.
I am going back to Wayfair.....they have excellent products; stand behind the customer 100%; and, obviously, are more critical in the companies/manufacturers/sellers that they advertise.

Homesquare...This company is incredibly problematic. After placing an order with Houzz for a rattan wicker outdoor sectional set, The item arrived via freight. When unloaded off the truck, the box was in shambles, so much so he left it on the pallet. We promptly unloaded the furniture and immediately noticed that the set did not match. Essentially they sent pieces from 2 different sets and tried to pass it off to us as one matching set. Half the set had silver hardware, the other half had black hardware, Each set was a different shade of gray. In addition, the set was missing half the cushions and pillows. I called Houzz immediately and initiated a replacement. I am asked to send photos....I send a ton. A week later...no contact. I call and email again asking what's up. I'm told they would get back to me in 2-5 business days. Then one day a Fed-Ex guy shows up and says he's here to pick up 2 packages...packages???? You mean, a whole patio furniture set Sir! He tells me he can't do it and walks off. I immediately call Houzz, they wonder why it was not picked up by freight and tell me they will tell the seller to re-schedule using a freight pickup. It is also at this time that I tell them I do not want a replacement, I want a full refund, there is no way I trust this company to actually replace my item. Days go by, we are 2 weeks in with no progress on getting this issue resolved, mind you, I live in Colorado, so we have had weather and I have tried my best and have dotted on the furniture, trying to keep it clean and dry. The remaining parts of the box are gone, the rain and the snow saw to that. There has been no communication with the seller. I call Houzz again, asking what is going on, I am told they will reach out again on my behalf. More days go by, I call again and finally, I get someone willing to make a decision on my behalf! He escalates the issue, gives me a full refund and tells me the seller has till the following Wednesday (it's Sunday) to get the furniture picked up. If they do not pick it up, its mine to do with what I wish, keep trash...whatever. The next day...guess who finally reaches out with a non-automatic email....Homesquare. Only this time they try to blame the issue on me. They literally said in writing that I canceled the return and demanded a replacement which is why the furniture was never picked up, then this person said to me.. and I quote "We are back where we started because of you!" Listen...I'm pregnant and I almost went into labor, I was so upset!!! I called Houzz and told them I do not want Homesquare contacting me anymore. I want all future correspondence to be through Houzz. They apologized and give me a coupon for my next purchase. There are plenty of other vendors on Houzz that I am sure have much better customer service, and I am happy to give them a try. Dealing with Homesquare has been hellish, vile and ghastly....simply atrocious. Do not. under any circumstance. order from homesquare. Think about the negative impact it will have on your future... and run!

Unacceptable Service!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! I order a 5 drawer chest (item # LN600CH) on 11/15/18, and was told it would be delivered by 12/05/18. I called Walmart on 12/07/18 and was told it was being delivered by Fedex. I called Walmart back on 12/11/2018 and was told it was being delivered by USPS and the person I spoke to gave me a tracking number which was incorrect. Another call to Walmart on 12/19/18 and they said I had to speak with Home Square and I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. I made another call on 12/23/18 because I never got the refund. Once again I was told the item was at the warehouse. I stated to either refund my money or deliver the 5 drawer chest!! Guess what? Nothing happened! Another exhausting call on 01/04/19 and spoke to Ronald and was told the exact same thing! "We will contact the warehouse and get back with you." No one has ever, ever called me! I am filing a complaint with the BBB against Home Square and Walmart.com.

I would never recommend a purchase from the company Homesquare. Beware the third party vendor through whom you purchase on this site. I’ve ordered multiple furniture pieces to furnish a new home on Houzz and never had an experience quite like this one. In regards to the product, the box was opened and the item did not fit the description with a significantly different wood grain and stain. The company charging over $300 for return shipping after 7 weeks of repeat requests for a return. I recommend looking elsewhere for your table needs!

So many things about this seller is shady. $1057 sofa that was never received. Almost 2 months later, no sofa, no refund. For starters, the tracking number provided was invalid. Was told the item had been delivered, it certainly wasn't delivered to me. Was also told the shipping company had called numerous times to arrange shipping. Come on, everyone has a cell phone that shows who and when you get calls. To date I've not received an explanation, only an offer of a paltry 10% discount if I choose to not cancel the order. I found a better price through 1StopBedrooms.

So for $217 I will get back a credit for $100 ,because the rest is for shipping ?!Is this the way this company makes money ?!
Make sure not to buy anything from this company .They are just crooks

Ordered a Pemberly Row dresser that was regular $819 on sale for $360 and that was described as "solid wood". (The material said Mahogony-mahogony is real wood). What i received was a Sauder Carson dresser that looked like what i ordered but was described under material as "engineered wood" , and was regular $438 on sale for $346-358. I didn't realized until my husband assembled it (it doesn't even fit together properly) that it wasn't what i had ordered. When i contacted Homesquare, i was on hold over 45 minutes before getting a human, and he refused to do anything for me unless i sent him pictures proving the item was defective. I explained that defective or not, it wasn't what i ordered and to please pick it up and give me a refund, and he insisted that the product i recieved was one and the same, and that nothing could be done without pictures. He also said that there was no way to talk to a manager, and that they could only communicate with the managers thru email. As of now, they won't do anything for me (even tho I got the WRONG PRODUCT) unless i sent pictures of the "defects". I will NEVER deal with homesquare again.
