Roth was very helpful yesterday in solving my issue. However, I don't understand how my website was just lost for over a month. Somehow, and by someone, a change was made to the set-up, and my website was offline for all that time. Are there no checks to be sure that when changes are made, that the website is still functional and accessible? I've been a customer for over 20 years and would expect better service than this. www.caroledelbonis.com
