I swore I would never pay for leads again, but against my better judgement decided to give them a try. I should have listened to my better judgement. Homes.com leads are not exclusive to the agents who advertise on Homes.com. I recently signed up for leads from Homes.com, but before I did, I explicitly asked and I was told the leads only went to the agents who paid to advertise on the site. I was also told the leads go out to one agent at a time; however, this is not the case. I did several test inquiries, on active listings in my paid for zip code, on the Homes.com site. Before I actually received a lead, I was contacted by a 3rd party brokerage named Prime Street Realty, who's name does not appear as an advertiser on their site, who also receives the leads from Homes.com. I spoke with the rep from Prime Street and he told me they partner with Homes.com place buyers with agents.

John was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, in first finding myself on your site, my phone number was posted incorrectly. Now I search again today for agents in the Washington, MI area, and four other agents come up, but I am not listed yet. Please update your site so I am visible as an agent in Utica (where my office is), or on listings in the area of Washington Township. Thank you.

What can I say, I thoroughly enjoy speaking to Cate when I call in with a problem/question. She is patient, professional, helpful and makes me laugh through the experience of having senior moments (forgetting what to do - LOL) ... ! If you had a rating system from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest), I would give her 100% - A++++++. I can't thank her enough.

My representative (Herb) was awesome... I think it actually took a couple weeks to finally sign up. But he was patient, explained the entire service thoroughly and answered every question I had. We found the best plan for me and now I am a happy homes.com client. Thanks Herb for all your help and patience.

About half of the leads I received from Homes.com have been low end rental leads and it looks like I will only receive 1 buyer/seller lead in the last 30 days which is going to cost me about $400. Stay away!! Save your money!! Do your homework on this company. Roger Philmon

I had the same experience as everyone else. This company only wants to take your money without providing a service. Bad leads if, they are even in the area you requested. If you want to cancel, they try to tell you only after six months. That is not stated in the contract. My bank reviewed the contract and refunded the money. They then have a collection company start calling you. I spoke with an attorney and sent them a letter. Telling them I disputed the charges and revoke any permission to call my cell. My attorney and I believe this has to be a possible class action case or consumer protection issue. Too many complaints and contract enforcement have issues. There is a FB group just started about them. Let's sign up and work together. they must be stopped.

I signed up for the lead concierge service in February. My colleagues in the office told me I should stay away, but I had a lot of sales to start the year so I had extra money to invest.
Worse choice of my real estate career. Got 2 leads in my 6 month term and 1 was actually a spam calling.
Also, the Tallahassee manager Mat Neff took it upon himself to add my daughter on Facebook. Very creepy and overall just a waste of time and money. I'm lucky my term is over. I suggest you save your money and invest elsewhere.

We are new agents and sadly fell for their scam of providing exclusive leads to us in our chosen area.
The phone leads we have received are from utlitity companies trying to contact someone else, and an attorney's office looking for someone else.
The one listing lead we received in July 2019 had been expired since February 2019. So this looked like a bait and switch to the one solid lead we had ever received and which of course we lost due to their dishonest promise that their website is constantly updated and will not show properties not on the market.
They made assurances, promises which all turned out to be lies. They will not respond to emails or phone calls and continue to charge our card when we have demanded they stop.
NEW AGENTS STAY AWAY FROM HOMES.COM!!!!

Customer service was great setting up a 3 month trial. I haven't seen results of the service yet. I actually have an account with Realtor.com as well. They are being compared to see which one I'll be keeping. Other agents in my office are doing the same thing to see if we are all getting the same leads or if they are different. Also getting leads from our broker for realtor and homes so we should know soon if this is a win for all.

Dion kept in contact with me over the course of several months. He was very patient and a terrific listener. He sent me information that I requested and answered my questions as I asked them. I really did not want to sign up for another leads generating subscription, but Dion tailored it to my budget. He is a valuable source at Homes.com.

I don't know how I will feel about this product now. I didn't like it the last time we tried it. Perhaps this time it will be different. Thomas was nice. I just sent him a request to answer a few questions. We'll see if he responds (after he's gotten the sale). His rating would be a 4 but homes.com so far in my experience would be a 3 or less. I hope this time proves me wrong.

Eugene Little was very energetic and professional. He took the time to explain the program and give me examples of the products you offer. He answered all of my questions. I am having difficulty with the dashboard and cannot access it. The representative could not get my password to take even though it was reset several times. She has scheduled an appointment with product review for the same day so I am hoping this will quickly be resolved.

Total Waste of Money have no regard for their clients, 1 lead in 6 months. They only believe in smoozing and not delivering. I am done with lead companies. They are not worth it! Then when I cancelled their customer service told me I had one more payment in June, not so . They lie!!! My last payment will be in July, because they never documented the customer service person's remarks. Horrible ! Beware can I give a minus 1 for stars?

Had a 6 month contract with homes.com. Within the six months I received 11 leads. I live in the metro- Atlanta area and received only 11 leads and none of them were ready to purchase. Only 3 of the leads were phone calls. The others were just emails from people who NEVER responded back. They also auto-renewed my contract. Waste of money.

So far pretty good but the sales and account folks don't really have much knowledge of the back end for agent users of the system. The sign up was easy and the go-to meeting was great. Also, still waiting on information about setting up leads for my team and we have a call set for Monday. First 3 days no leads yet... hoping for something soon!

Terrible leads if any at all. They sell a big game and do not deliver on anything. I have used other lead services, and I went back after giving them a try. No leads or bottom of the barrel type leads. Would never recommend to anyone ever again. Sales people sell you a line of BS. Awful! Caveat Emptor!!

Mr. Acosta was very courteous and helpful. However, the constant need to check our listing for photos is very annoying. This last week 3 listings did not have photos and 2 listings are missing altogether. Please let me know what can be done. I don't see other agents having problems with the mls feed. I would like to speak with someone who can discuss the mls feed issues please.

Beware! If you get any leads at all they are going to be bottom of the barrel. They are playing both sides, the agents who have good listings pay for exclusives so the buyer leads are the scraps......manufactured homes, low end condos and houses in the hood. The buyers (if any) are tire kickers. Also beware of the fine print. Your contract will automatically renew unless you cancel.

I heard from others that this was a disaster...I told the sales rep and he promised me that they had improved. Said...Let's try it for a 3 month period. he was good! I said OK...NOW trying to get any customer service to respond to me is like going into a black hole. I have ZERO return for my investment! It's absurd how bad it is! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! It's a WASTE of money!!!!

Many years ago I was purchasing leads from Homes.com. It was a disaster. I purchased leads from 5 popular local zip codes for a period of 12 months. I received my first lead the first day which gave me hopes this was going to be a good investment. Unfortunately it was 3 months later before I received my next lead. There is nothing worse than having to pay that monthly bill knowing you didn't even get a contact for it, let alone a closing. Imaging how you feel after paying for 3 or 4 months without ever receiving a lead. Over the course of these 12 months I called several times complaining of the lack of activity and return on my investment. I was always promised they would do more advertising in my territories to try and attract more leads, but it never happened. What did happen was an increase in bogus leads that were really solicitation phone calls from vendors trying to sell me everything from websites to social media marketing. When the year finally ended they offered me 3 months free to convince me to stay, unfortunately that 3 months only generated 1 more lead in my 5 zip codes.
Fast forward to today and I receive another call from a Homes.com salesman trying to sell me their lead generation service. I tell him about my previous experience and he goes on to talk about how it's a whole new Homes.com system. He talks about how they generate at least 4 times more traffic than they used to, how the current agent in the zip codes I had are now generating 10 to 14 leads per month. He even goes on to tell me how he has a 95% renewal rate with his agents. I will give Homes.com credit for one thing, they are significantly cheaper than Zillow or Realtor.com which is a good thing because they still don't deliver many leads.
Now I knew I wouldn't get the same 10 to 14 leads per month as I knew there would now be 2 agents splitting those leads, however it has now been 3 months and I have again only received 1 lead. I originally gave them a 2 star rating because last time they at least tried to make the situation right, this time however they won't even return my phone calls. Neither the salesman nor his supervisor have returned multiple calls to explain. Clearly I was lied to about the potential leads and clearly nothing has changed over the years except that this time around they don't even want to try and make things right.
If you're a Realtor and wish to supplement your business with Internet leads, stay away and stick with Realtor.com. They have quite a few bogus leads too, but at least the flow and quality of leads offers a return on your investment.
