This is the worst service ever. Never received 1 legitimate lead. The only call I got from the concierge service was with a lady trying to find out if a rental on Craigs list was a scam. Which it was. The concierge program, which cost more, is nothing more than a gimmick. They make it difficult to cancel, giving fake URL & emails to cancel. I finally canceled my debit card to stop the charges but they are still sending leads, as well as harassing me and threatening collections, even after I filed a BBB complaint that went no where. WASTE of time and MONEY.

This company talks a good game stating guarantees and promises continuous support to reel you in, but once they catch you they could care less about you expect taking your money.
What did I receive?...absolutely nothing expect flushing my money down the toilet. My information has been wrong from the start and there has been numerous site issues. I have made consistent calls with either not being able to connect with anyone or they are unable to resolve my issue and will get back with me. The leads which have only been 5, yes you read that right, 5 and out of those 5... was I able to make contact? Only one right number out of the 5. This one contact was of course just browsing and was not serious about purchasing. These 5 leads were to be screened as HOMES.COM stated they would be... that was one of their guarantees. Obviously NOT!!! What I have paid so far $552.40...for 5 leads that don't exist. I am to pay for one more month $276.20, so that will be a total $828.60 for what ? Just take a look at this review and the numerous others that are stating the same...THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I will be filing numerous complaints against HOMES.COM.

I was called by a sales rep and he indicated that I could get approx. 15-20 leads per month. After 2 months, I had received one lead with a bad number! I have called at least 15 times and occasionally actually speak with someone. They say they will have their supervisor call back. No call ever comes. I asked for them to refund the 3rd month and continued to call. Just received a call from a collection agency! Please please tell everyone you know to run from Homes.com and to tell everyone that they are scam artists taking away our hard earned money. Shame on you Homes.com!!!

It took me three months to "CANCEL my ACCOUNT" in 2018. In January of 2019 my account was finally cancelled or so I thought! ONLY PART of the account was cancelled !!! $650 dollars over the last 12 months was charged on my credit card. Shame on me for not catching this sooner, SHAME on Homes.com for NOT CANCELLING my entire account as per my 15 emails and three months of trying. Homes.com selectively cancelled a portion of my account and deceitfully charged for services I did not know I was paying for. Disputing every penny and am beyond upset I was taken advantage of in this way !!! Stay away, staff does not care, doe not know the their product or services and can not be TRUSTED. Their so called leads are spammed callers/vendors looking for work or fake numbers, not one solid real estate lead resulted from this contract as promised .... I paid for SPAM ! STAY AWAY, BE WARNED

I signed up for three areas for 6 months at $335 a month. After a month and a half I did not receive not even 1 single call or email!!!!! I called Homes.com and they want to charge me twice my monthly subscription fee to cancel. It was a horrible experience and hope you do not fall into their scam.

Homes.com is a total scam! they say You are the only one under certain zip codes and you will receive concierge service and leads. I tried to cancel after 3 less than first month but was told you signed a contract for 3. Still no leads! Now they want to send me to collections. Totally a scam. Don't fall for their lies!

I gave them a try they populate alot on google searches, received crap leads and the customer service is terrible! I kept giving it more time and spending more money, with not even 1 viable lead in 6 months. Your lead gets sent to 2 other agents at the same time, it frustrates clients and then they just wont return a call - not recommended. I'm moving my marketing money to homesnap.

You will pay a lot for nothing but frustration here. When they don't obligate your agreement, they will charge you in full anyway. Customer service is horrible! They will only rip you off!

I have been using this site since 2018 and during my time with the company I have made several closings that has led to me having $22,000 extra dollars in my pocket, needless to say my $186.12/mo has paid for itself. I would rather have 4-10 leads a month and several closings then 66 and 1 closing while paying $1,500/mo like I have experienced in the past.

I just wanted to give an update to the previous review that I had given to Homes.com. I did hear from a Homes.com representative to discuses my displeasure with the leads that I was currently receiving. To my supersize Devon took the bull by the horns by working out a solution to my complaint and will also follow up in May before my substitution runs out to see if I am doing any better with the solution she has given to me...I will let everyone know how I am doing with the quality of leads. I must say Homes.com is working to get better at customer service.

Signed up for three months, after multiple attempts to reach them to correct several issues (#1. they did not even list all my listings) they did nothing. Never received one lead either. Terrible attitude, no one cares or calls back. Trying to cancel but they won't answer, acknowledge emails or anything...UGH. I have never written a review but I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. Absolutely terrible.

Should have just stuffed the money down the garbage disposal. I had one text in 3 months and it was someone who had a question and was not really looking for a house. After telling Homes.com this, they did absolutely nothing for me! They should have given me a few more months or something. No guarantees you will receive one lead. Very disappointing! :(

I just signed up for a couple zip codes today. John was very helpful and friendly. I like the fact that I can try this for 90 days and re-assess whether or not it's of value. That demonstrates confidence in a product, rather than the high pressure, demanding you sign up for a year with zero guarantees that I've been approached on before.

I can't comment on how well the product works as of yet, since we are just getting started, but we are very hopeful that it is as effective as it seems. As for my customer service experience, that I can say has been very good so far. Monet Teague first reached out to me approximately 8 or more months ago, and continued to follow up in a very respectful and diligent manner for many months. She has been patient through all my questioning, and provided me with all the information I requested, and put together a package for us that we feel good about & have high hopes for.

They scammed me into paying for "zip code" leads, I got zero leads and they were super shady about the terms. I then cancelled my service and got billed again. When I called then they threaten to charge for an additional 3 months. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY

I was told I would get an average of 8-11 screened qualified Buyer and Seller leads for my zip code by salesperson William. I have only received 1 lead that wasn't even a good one, they would not pick up the phone or respond to a text in a 3 month period. So 1 bad lead in 3 months is NOT what I was promised. I would not recommend Homes.com to any of my fellow agents.

I have been trying to cancel my account for several weeks. In fact, since the date it went live, I have been attempting to cancel the account for misrepresentation of services from Mona Queriones and Homes.com.
Per Mona Queriones detailed phone conversation AND text message, dated January 30th stating that I will have "100% market share for all buyer and seller leads and exclusive phone leads in 90266 and 90245". However, that is not the case. In fact, when I log in and click the property (in one of the EXCLUSIVE zip codes), other agents show up. How is that even close to EXCLUSIVE? Report has been filed with BBB and will be filed with FTC, too. DO NOT USE HOMES.COM.

Toni was a delight. She was very eager to please and resolve any issue. My only advice to her is: Take a breath. Talk less. Listen more to what the caller is saying. Then respond appropriately. At times, I found it a bit of an effort to get in a word or two. But make no mistake, Toni is exceptional and her personality is perfectly suited for what she does. I can tell she connects well with people.

Terrible lead service. They over promise and under perform. I've worked with many lead services, so have plenty of experience. In close to 5 month's we have received very very few leads and the leads we have received are terrible or bogus. Don't waste your money.

Eugene Little was very helpful and patient. He explained the value of your system. I was NOT going to try another of these due to previous company overselling and providing nothing. But he let me know that what you offer was more than what they promised to provide. I'm excited to see what's to come. I look forward to growing my business with Homes.com

I have been with Homes.com for a month and a half and have not gotten one lead. I bought three months and paid extra for them to screen my leads. I can't believe the BBB has not gotten involved. Don't waste your money. I wish I read reviews before I signed up.
