DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
I ordered a couch through Amazon from Homelegance and they chose to utilize Ceva Logistics as their carrier to deliver my purchase. I followed all the required directions of scheduling my delivery and took the day off of work because they give you a delivery window of 6am-6pm. I scheduled my delivery 2 week's in advance. I got email and text notifications confirming the delivery time and date up to a day before the scheduled day of delivery. The scheduled date comes around and at 4pm they are still a no show, no calls, no texts and no emails. I tried to call Ceva customer service and get an automated system and spend 90 minutes on hold waiting for an operator and no one answers the phone. I call Amazon customer support and get a customer service rep right away. The Amazon rep tells me that my shipment is still 3 states away and that they updated my delivery to a week later with ABSOLUTELY NO communication attempts to me to tell me about it. I wish I had taken 10 seconds to see who Homelegance uses for their carrier and then I would have known not to place my order through them. Sales companies selling large home items really need to stop using Ceva Logistics as they have no sense of customer service for who they deliver to. I have never felt so disrespected by a large purchase before. I only wish I could leave zero stars and generate a pop up for buyers who purchase from companies that use Ceva Logistics for their delivery services. Please review all the other negative reviews for more evidence of this companies operating practices.

I have recently purchased one of their reclining sofas thru Amazon, with less than 2 hours of sit time my 140 lb wife broke the back and the recliner stopped working. I figured this was an isolated problem and contacted Amazon for an exchange and got my confirmation email stating it would be a refund instead. Upon my. Second call it appears that their furniture is no longer eligible for exchanges only refunds so now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to come pick up this broken sofa them wait another 7-10 days for my refund to process so I can purchase a new one. Overall incredibly disappointed in my Home elegance purchase.

The entire shopping experience — from finding the desk I wanted at a lower price that it was being sold for elsewhere, to interacting with the Home Elegance team with respect to shipping, to getting my piece delivered without any issues — was very pleasant.

I placed an online order and received confirmation, but never received anything stating my order was cancelled. I called and was told my item was discontinued and that I was called but I did not receive a call, voicemail/message or email. Due to that delay I am now unable to find the item when I had the opportunity to purchase from somewhere else when this order was made.
