Surprisingly nice. We were looking for reasonably priced safe and clean accommodations in Memphis, TN. Even the top named hotels had lousy reviews on Yelp. So we moved our search just a little further along our westward route and found this gem. We got a large queen suite with two queen beds for under $80. The bathroom was freshly remodeled with granite counters and granite tub surround. Yes, real granite surrounded the tub. New tile floor in the bathroom, new carpet, freshly painted walls and comfortable beds. Extremely clean suite with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Excellent value for the money. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing fancy but the rooms are decent and clean. Also really fairly priced. They do have breakfast as well. The only thing is the driveway is hard to find and missed it the first time by.

So thankful for this hotel - outside of Memphis but close enough for convenience. Clean, large room and comfortable bed - for the price - this is a rockstar hotel! Checkin with a friendly face and obvious attention to details in the breakfast area. Great value!

For what we needed, this was perfect. It was close to the freeway, clean and the service was great. We were about 14 miles from Memphis and the drive was easy.

The continental breakfast was very limiting, but overall for what we paid for it was acceptable

I visited Memphis over the weekend and this hotel was fantastic! It was clean, safe and affordable! We need more places like this around town! My only critique would be that the continental breakfast was just bleh...but I didn't come here for the food! That's why there's a Waffle House across the freeway! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice humble clean room to spend a few days or just driving by on a road trip!

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was well furnished and bed was comfortable. Current management is cutting corners where it shouldn't. The towels were small and rough. Soap and shampoo were horrible. Did not have breakfast so can't comment on its quality.

For West Memphis, this is the bee's knees! I was so afraid of every place we looked at in WM. I knew it was going to be gross and scary.

This place was neither! The room was very clean and looked fairly updated. We got a deal for it on priceline and it was the same rate as very old hotel/motels. The room had a little fridge, TV, two queen beds and a couch.

I wouldn't choose to stay in West Memphis at any point and time...ever. But if you have to, this might be a safe option.

Excellent price for a large, clean room. No problems here. Convenient freeway access, newer looking building, very basic continental breakfast, no frills. See pics.

I almost don't want to yelp this in fear it will be found out by everyone. After 3 nights in a LaQuinta in a horrible area of Memphis, dealing with one incident after another we found this gem.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and cheap. Basically half the price of the LaQuinta. The staff was nice. You are about 15-20 minutes from Beale street.

This is a hidden gem, and I will be staying here in all return trips.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY !!..From the front desk employee, to the room...I had driven 600 miles, it was late, and I was tired. While fueling, I pulled this place up on Yelp under local hotels, so I gave them a call. The front desk person (Rick) asked me where I was getting fuel. He then gave me excellent directions to the hotel, but then actually stayed on the phone, and guided me right to the place. I was leery at first, not being able to stay at a Hotel I was familiar with, but was very pleased once I got to the room. I was surprised, it was large, with a divided sitting/office area (w/a desk, couch, and coffee table). The room also has a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and very firm King bed. Best of all, VERY CLEAN !!!....Also, almost half the cost of 3 other hotels I called in the area.....Want a good, quite nights sleep, in a clean, inexpensive hotel ???...Stay here !!!

We needed to stop for the night mid road trip, so I yelped a few places to see what was close. Everything around was over $110, which I figured was because we were near Memphis. I then saw this one, but it didn't have any pictures. It said it was cheaper and had good reviews, so I called. The guy who answered was friendly and confirmed that they still had rooms available.

On the outside, it's not beautiful. You enter your rooms from outside. For 69.99 though, you get a room with a flatscreen tv, fridge, and microwave. There's also free wi-fi and complimentary continental breakfast.

The room smelled a little weird, but it was a great hotel and we got a great deal.

This place is TOP NOTCH!

We arrived late after a very long drive with a coupon in hand. The young man who greeted us was very pleasant and swift in getting us to our room.

The room was spacious (king) and extremely clean and comfortable. AND QUIET!

Price was excellent!

If you are visiting the Memphis area, take the time to venture across to West Memphis, Arkansas. You will be pleasantly surprised at this wonderful value

I came across this place on yelp and trusted previous reviews. All were spot on. The room was nice, clean and the staff was friendly (especially for the price point, paid 65). Way Better than the hooker hotels i almost almost stay at on the other side of dtown memphis. Good road trip stay!!

Wonderful. Surprisingly peaceful. Outrageously clean. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

I have to give this a five star rating based on its star rating! It was quite a surprise the room was clean and the bed was firm but comfortable! We had stopped at the visitor center and picked up a coupon book so the King size suite for two was 39.99. Will stay here again!

Great value, great service, and clean rooms! We used one of those deal finding websites and located this place. The site only showed one King bed so we called because we needed a double and they accommodated our request and honored the price on the site!

Spoiler alert!!!!! This is a no frills motel/inn, but a cut above Motel 6 or super 8 type places. West Memphis isn't at the hub of activity. A short 10-15 minute drive into town and you can go to Graceland, downtown, Etc. I haven't tried the free breakfast yet but it looks like waffles, cereal, fruit & pastries. I'm sure it will suffice.

Pleasant surprise in the day and age of mediocrity.

I just checked in and I LOVE it! If you're like me and you feel gutted by paying over $60/night for a room that you're just gonna watch tv in until you pass out... this is your place. It's not hot buffet breakfast or room service, or deluxe soaps and towels; but it's really, really good... ESPECIALLY for the price. The rooms are super cute, well-decorated, clean, dead bolt and chain lock. Microwave, mini-fridge, wi-fi, and cable tv are included. Beverage vending and ice machine available outside. Front desk person was VERY helpful and courteous and I've had to call for help a couple of times, very responsive and still kind. CANNOT beat this place, it will definitely be my stay of choice when traveling through Memphis! DO NOT attempt the local Red Roofs or Knight Inns, they are scary looking!

I doubt you'll find a better value on a room than this, extremely clean with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, VERY FAST WIFI, and a little couch area. The staff was friendly and very quick to get us our room since we were tired from a day of driving. I have no idea if West Memphis, AR is a destination for any reason but if you have reason to stay in the area please stay here.
