Online sales is a sham. It has been seven weeks since my order and their charge on my credit card, which was over $5K. The link to check my order status on the email receipt has never changed. I have left multiple phone messages requesting information, which I have never gotten a return call for. I have called at least a dozen times to either be directed to an answering machine or an endless phone ring. I have spoken to two women over this period. They each placed the phone down and came back with excuses. In 2015 they should be able to get info online and forward it to the buyer. Never the case. Have disputed the case with my credit card company now.

To make the long story short, they have never sent out my furniture. It's impossible to contact them. The only single time they replied to my emails and voicemails (they don't pick up the phone), they gave me some story how the manufacturer has delays and how they will be sending my stuff out in 5 days. Never happened, and no answer to any communication after that. I had to go to my credit card company to dispute their charges.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY- I truly believe any glowing reviews must be made up.
This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I ordered a dining table that was received severely damaged, I immediately put in a damage report and followed up with a call to the company. The Supervisor, Maria, I eventually talked to said to me "What do you want me to do, do you want me to sit here and cry about your problem"
I had been very nice- I am never rude and I don't curse or swear. I am a trainer in the Customer Service industry, so I have full respect for customer service personnel. However, when I explained this to Maria, stating I could not believe she had actually said that to me she followed up with "So perhaps you need to come here and train us, since you know so much - $#*!" .
I left numerous messages to Edward, the Manager (who apparently is never there) and he called me back once - during the time I said I was not available- and then never again.
We things have gone from bad to worse- the company will not take responsibility for the damaged table and even at one point suggested that I had probably damaged it myself. They did say i could return it for a refund or exchange at my own expense, ($122)- nice huh?
I have tried to be reasonable and have offered several other options - having it repaired, or receiving a partial refund but the company just shut down communications. I guess I am out
I wish I didn't have to give this company even 1 star- 1 star is too generous!

The WORST company I have ever dealt with from start to finish. We ordered a dining room set that came 7 weeks later than promised with pieces still missing. Every single item that we did receive had to go back because it had grease stains, water marks, missing studs, glue on the table surface. The list goes on and on. The "white glove" service left us with all of the items that we expressed needed to be returned and we were told we needed to schedule a separate "pick up" date. So for several days we had furniture filling 3 rooms, torn boxes and foam pieces every where. After being asked to send pictures to Homefurniture Mart, the delivery company finally picked up the pieces 5 days later. The furniture manager never returned my phone calls but we were told we would receive a full refund within 24 hours of pick up. It has been over a week, several phone calls later and we're still waiting for the refund. I will never do business with this company again.

"I have been shopping online for many years doing 90% exclusively online. I've delt with hundreds through ebay, amazon and too many to list. This turned out to be my worst 3 full month nightmare. ADVOID at all costs. I paid for an expensive vanity and had to contact them as weeks went buy without delivery. Finally I took off work because the shipping company insists you be there in person. I waited all day and they finally came hours after they promised. It was the wrong one, I recieved a cheaper one. I called the company who asked me to re-wrap the vanity which was a difficult task. over a month later and with my prodding the correct one came and even tho the old one was wrapped the shipper refused it because it was not in his orders. A second day of work lost and the vanity remained on my porch much to my embarrassment and inconvienience. I again contacted the company stating their vanity be picked up from my porch ASAP and i would not take another day off work for their mistake. 1 and 1 half months later no pick up vanity still on my porch and neighbors making joking comments!! My patient phone line is baraged with calls from a shipper insisting i must make an appt with them for pick up! I finally contacted the company giving them a two hour window for pickup but they must first reimburse me for the two hours time missed. We shall see now if this ever happens. I DO NOT recommend them ever!!!" Furthermore when you read their responses to persons who had problems they never apologise, no shame, unprofessional! I feel they already owe me a full days pay due to THEIR mistake. Tired of getting robbed and walked on, I very much need my pay like most Americans. ***FOLLOWUP*** I gave the company a two hour time to pick up (giving them 1 1/2 weeks notice) and they never respond to email or showed up! Now I'm out of 10 hours work pay due to their mistakes. I put multiple reviews up THEN I recieve threatening email from owner threatens to double charge my acct. and tells ME I was not cooperative and he blames manufacturer and tells me review unfair. He deserves the Owner/Manager of the year award lol.

I paid $249 for in-home delivery or set-up, a charge which is reflected on my invoice. Nothing in this company's shipping policy indicates that the shipper (Manna) will hold me directly responsible for payments not received by HomeFurniture. Although I paid my invoice from Home Furniture in full, they have not paid the shipper. The shipper sent me a notice demanding payment. Thre are legal fees, interest, penalties and other charges which Manna expects to receive from me if HomeFurniture refuses to pay them.

Worst experience for me to do online order ever. I ordered a bed at May 11, they charged me right away at that day, and didn't do anything for the two weeks untill around May 28 I called, they told me it was shipped out one day earlier. Now today is June 13. I still didn't get the bed. I call to cancel , but was told I can only get $33 to my credit card for refund. Paid $460 for the bed. Very bad experience, I checked this store background, it turned out so many angry customers , so many negative cmments. It's shame to run an online business like this.

DO NOT buy anything from this website. You don't have to take my word for it. Read the numerous complaints from others at the Better Business Bureau at bbb.org
My experiences and why I'm writing this review...
I ordered a home entertainment center from this company on 7/1/2009. I called them on 7/17/09 and asked them for the status of the order. Their website and my receipt stated that the product would be shipped within 4 to 7 days. When I called on 7/19, they told me there were processing problems with my order and that it would be shipped out that day. My wife called again on 7/20 and a different person told her the same story and that it would be shipped out that day. We called before we ordered on 7/1/09 to make sure it was in stock. They told us it was in stock and would be in our home in 2 to 3 weeks. So, we should have had it in our home no later than 7/22/09. And the truth was... They hadn't even shipped it. But that isn't even the worse part...
My wife asked them why they kept giving us the run around and to speak to the owner. The woman on the line (Gloria) laughed and hung up on her. My wife called back and asked to speak to the owner. The owner used several 4 letter words including the one starting with 'F' to my wife. I called back because I don't appreciate people talking to my wife that way. He hung up on me after telling me he was processing the refund.
This is the absolute worst buying experience I've ever had and this company is horrible. The owners name is Edward Litvak and his attitude sure does reflect in his employees too. I simply don't want you to have to go through the same thing that many others have gone through. I had to change my credit card number and the refund has still not been processed. If you want to have your money taken by this thief, be talked to like you're an idiot, get cussed out, have trouble getting a refund, have to change your credit card company, lose 3 weeks of your time, and never get your furniture, then go ahead and buy from this company. You will be sorry.
