As soon as I placed my order, I was notified the material was out of stock with no refill date, however I was still charged, and was not refunded immediately. In fact, I am still waiting a week later. I have been able to communicate with a person, both on the phone and by email, or I would be worried I had been scammed.

Short on time. Didn't feel like driving around looking for tiles. Our friend's interior designer recommended this site. First of all, they have an insane collection. We narrowed down to 3 choices. Product description wasn't as extensive as we were looking for. So we called and were quite impressed with the person who helped us. Best part of the whole experience was that we saved a ton of time and money! What's not to love?!

What a great experience! I was a little apprehensive about purchasing tile online, but then I thought I'd take a chance. I mean if I ordered it through a brick and mortar store they would still have to have it shipped so there's always that risk. We got exactly what we wanted at a GREAT price and it was shipped super quick. Can't wait to do another project so I can order more. Thanks Home Decor AZ!!

It's so refreshing to be able to get good customer service from an online store. My wife and I were so inundated with information about tiles that we couldn't decide. Our general contractor needed tiles on site by the time the project was to start. Our interior designer pointed us to homedecoraz.com and we are so happy with whole experience not to mention the savings. I don't often write reviews but this one was well deserved. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Sandy in customer service made sure that we obtained deco tile from the same lot when we decided to expand the scope of our project and needed additional tile. Our shipment arrived very promptly resulting in the quick completion of our project. This is the third time we have done business with this company and it has always been a wonderful buying experience. We fully expect to go to the HomeDecorAZ website for any future home improvement projects.

First time purchasing home improvement products Online. I found this store when I searched for tiles and read reviews. Let me say that reviews are accurate! I paid less on the same brand tiles than if I'd gone to my local DIY superstore. They delivered on time even with the crazy weather we were having. I would recommend homedecoraz to anyone.

I ordered 30 square feet of tile online. The very next day I received a call telling me that is was back ordered and that they were going to refund my money. That was strange as I was not even given an option to wait on the backorder. I then checked the site where I found the tile that I had ordered was no longer available and that all the same tile in the same family had their prices raised approximately 50 percent. It sure appears as if they did not want to honor the price which was initially good but now higher than other sites.

This company not only offered excellent pricing but their customer service is impeccable. We decided to increase the scope of our project and needed more tile. They contacted the manufacturer to verify the availability of product in the same lot to ensure the color would be a perfect match. Then on top of that they extended our coupon which gave us enough savings to pay for the shipping. We would not hesitate to recommend this website. Delivery was incredibly fast!
