Placed order for 8 mosaic tiles. Got charged for 16. Small mistake I know. But then was told tiles are back ordered till mid april. Cancelled the order, credited back for 24 tiles. They changed it to credit for only 8. So still waiting for credit of $210.64
Can't imagine how they would handle a large order!

Tile arrived within a week. I haven't opened every box. the one box I opened tile was fine. Packed very well to help assure no damage.
Price was fantastic. The same tile here was $10 more a sq ft. Crazy

The price of this tile was fantastic, compared to what the tile places in Anchorage wanted to charge plus the high price of shipping. I was so excited to find the tile at a great price, plus the bonus you actually shipped to Alaska at a great rate as well. The tile arrived on time as promised and was packaged very well and wrapped in bubble wrap.

My only regret is not finding this site sooner. My friend told me about homedecoraz. I decided to give them a try after a few weekends wasted going around different stores. I don't know how they offer the prices they do. I hope these guys keep growing. They have a great selection of tiles and other products, prices, and awesome customer service.

I ordered an expensive backsplash of tile and only had one profile piece broken out of a 16 box shipment! I called and they immediately shipped me a replacement tile at no cost. Then I shorted my order and had to make 2 subsequent orders to make up for design changes. Every order was delivered in less than the scheduled time and without issue! I highly recommend ordering from them and will definitely order again!
