I can't say enough about my experience with HomeDax. The process of buying a co-op in New York City can be daunting but my broker Chris was a reassuring support system every step of the way. I was able to close on a great apartment and it was all due to the amazing guidance provided by HomeDax.

Nick was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process of buying my first NYC apartment. He was patient, helping to organize my visiting many dozens of apartments over the course of nearly 6 months. He clearly took the time and care to learn about my personal preferences and must-haves (and deal-breakers). He was also an invaluable source of knowledge, not only in terms of questions to ask during open houses and about the relative advantages/disadvantages of condos versus co-ops (I ended up choosing the latter), but also about pricing, comps, negotiating, etc. He knew exactly how to politely and professionally nudge sellers and look out for my interests in terms of timing and the bottom line. He was adept at juggling multiple, parallel negotiations and offers. Everyone I met on his team seems to have been similarly well-trained and professional. He was also incredibly honest, being up-front and respectful when something concerned him more than it concerned me -- he equipped me with everything I needed to make good, reasoned decisions. After thorough research, among many of its competitors, some more known than the others, I chose HomeDax to represent me in a sale of my property. As it turned out, I made a profound decision! Nick's expertise and help made closing on our co-op easier than expected. He got quick answers from co-op management and guided us through some very detailed questionnaires unique to the co-op. He was always available and even volunteered to do the final walk-thru when we weren't available to do it ourselves. I have no reservations and would work with him again without hesitation.

Working with Nick and the team at Homedax was great! I sold my apartment quickly, with multiple offers at a PPSF I was very happy with. So much so, we had to justify the price to the appraiser who thought it was higher than it should have been (thankfully Nick successfully did that as well). Next time I need to sell or buy a place, I look forward to working with the Homedax team.

I worked with Elisa and Nick to find and purchase the perfect condo for my parents who were relocating to NYC from out of state. Elisa was extremely patient throughout the 9 month search process that initially took us across almost all the NYC boroughs, visiting countless open houses before we eventually found the perfect place. Throughout the process Elisa, was really understanding of what we were looking for and respected perspective on all the places we saw while offering very honest feedback that allowed us to trust her. HomeDax has been amazing while selling my co-op. They have marketed my apartment extremely well from the photos, listing, and placement throughout all he top sites. Within the first day we had a flood of interest and demand to see the apartment. HomeDax and Nicholas went above and beyond to field all the calls and questions and answer everyone thoroughly in a timely manner. They were super responsive to advice and questions and always lead me in the right direction. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done in selling my co-op and helping me navigate the extremely strong buyer demand we are seeing.
