I ordered a bathroom vanity and two mirrors (a total of close to $3000) from Homeclick in July. The up-front customer service was great. They applied a discount and didn't charge me until my ship date - but then, my items never came. They did not follow up, so I did, and the ship date was delayed. I asked for a follow up on their website and they responded quickly with a new ship date, saying the manufacturer did not receive the items yet. Then this happened 4 more times - each time, I had to initiate contact. It is now November and they responded very quickly when I asked about the shipping deadline that has again, passed, but since I asked to cancel my order and be refunded, a week has gone by and I am still waiting for a response. They have not refunded me or even responded to me. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I honestly believe it's a scam. I hope I can just get my money back.

I bought a couple of lights for my garage. One of the lights works perfectly but the other light does not. I have called, emailed repeatedly, but no one has returned my calls or emails. This is extremely bad customer service. I like the product and just want to get the light fixture replaced, but because of this shoddy service I never want to do business with them again.
Please beware! Even if you like their products if God Forbid it is faulty there is no one who is available to help you sort it out.

BUYER BEWARE! My reviews of on-line purchases have always been positive. However, this one is not and I tried very hard to avoid posting and gave Homeclick the option of responding before I did. If you have a problem with your order and you’re expecting ANY type of customer service, it won’t happen. You’ll be lucky to get any type of response at all.

My issue: Two lamps, both the same, both with 2 pull chains on each lamp. The pull chains on each lamp were uneven (by at least one inch). I sent pictures showing them. I expected some type of reply as to what could be done. The lamps themselves were very nice and I paid $400.00.

Emailing on 10/10/17 did bring a response that my issue was being ‘looked into w/the manufacturer’ but nothing thereafter despite follow-up emails.

It’s now 11/7/2017. I have done the following:

Went to their Facebook page and sent a message w/my order #, etc. (which says they typically answer within 1 day) - it’s been 6.

Then I tried calling the Customer Service #888.837.5313 making sure it was during their business hours (Eastern Standard Time). I tried all 3 options, Sales, Customer Service, Return/Cancel. All three options had an automatic response directing me to contact them via email to their Customer Service with no option to leave a voice mail.

Next I sent a message via Twitter (which was read immediately). I stated I would wait two days before posting anything. No response.

So, my advice to you is (regardless if the price is less), DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. You’re asking for problems.

Customer service is TERRIBLE...they give deceptive explanations for issues. Charged me for an item 6 weeks ago and have not yet received it. They don't have reliable information on ship dates and their prices are high.

Attempted to contact through web submission form 3x's to have a product replaced. NO RESPONSE. - 3 weeks now.
Not worth the effort or the minimal savings.

I can find everything I'm looking for at Homeclick. Ordering is easy and shipping is fast. Never any problems. I highly recommend this website to everyone.

I searched many sites and Homeclick LLC had the best price for the items I purchased. Will definitely do business again!

I am an experienced online purchaser and this site was one of the easiest to navigate -- kudos.

The online store was easy to use and I found it to have the best price for the exact item I was looking for.

West Coast people get left out when it comes to customer service. Call early because after work hours don't fly with Homeclick. The one's that could do something have all gone home.

This is my first time order from Homeclickand has bin the easiest and fastes order that I maid on any web side by fare.

Amazon linked me to the site and I am grateful. The same item on another site costs $150 more. I received a confirmation and a follow up email very quickly and so far I've found other items of interest that brings me back. I'll follow this review up when the product arrives.

This was my first experience shopping with Homeclick. I was very impressed with the selection of products and the prices were cheaper than any other website I looked at. I purchased a new kitchen faucet. It shipped the day after I purchased it and arrived to my house 3 days later in perfect condition. I had the worst experience with this company. They were unresponsive and completely rude when I called them about their shipping mistake. do not purchase from this vendor- you will just have a headache dealing with them and their very rude and unprofessional customer support team.
