I had an air condition unit that went out so I called HomeCity and filed my claim online. I received a confirmation email and that my claim was assisnged and I should receive a call soon. I filed the claim on a Saturday and someone was at my house to fix my unit on Monday. It was awesome and will renew every year.

The name immediately drew me to try "HomeCity" I was relocating from Denver and Austin was appropriately my new "Home City!" I required acreage and a custom home for my horses and family and after enjoying the ease of navigating through their website, I requested to be contacted. A very professional Customer Service person put me in contact with the perfect Realtor with them The Realtor I worked with not only was experienced with residential real estate, he knew more than me when it came to the many considerations and negotiation points when buying acreage/ranch property. Our new home exceeds what we had originally hoped to find. I have shared my storexperience y with all of my colleagues and neighbors and can't say enough about the successful with HomeCity.

Home City was very easy to work with, website was easy to use to find the home I purchased. I was able to close on my house within a month with the help of Homecity. I recommend to anyone, best of luck moving to Austin!

Buying or selling your property can seem like an uphill battle but working with a Homecity agent can make the process easy. The Homecity website is up to date and new property listings come out immediately. The agents are all experienced and that makes all the difference when buying or selling a property. I would not use any other realtor!

Homecity makes your Real Estate transaction easy from start to finish. From the customer service reps to the agent you are assigned, you will be in good hands. The website is easy to navigate and has a ton of information from aerial views to school ratings. I have used HomeCity for my last two real estate transactions and I love everything about them! Their online search site is easy to use and the email updates I received for new listings was in real time. My agent, Robert Winterbottom, was one of the best I've seen! He is knowledgeable, attentive, and trustworthy. He conveyed my wants/needs 100% of the time throughout the process and I really felt like he was on my side, even when things got tough, he didn't stop giving his all. He is truly one of the good guys! I would recommend HomeCity and Robert Winterbottom, hands down, every time!

I used a HomeCity agent many years ago to help me with my home purchase! Wow! I was so impressed with their online search tools and the professionalism of their agents and preferred lenders I had to be a part of this incredible team! Finding properties on other websites typically was frustrating due to difficulty to use and property listings not being current. HomeCity site is extremely user friendly and will show you listings that are current and active. Also love the saved feature which also gives you notice when that saved property is no longer available. Huge time and frustration saver. Excellent service and excellent company.

After being on the house hunt for over a year and not having much luck with other brokers, Home City was a welcome change. They've made the process smooth, easy and enjoyable. My realtor doesn't waste my time showing me listings that are way out of my price range and actually listens to my list of (I think) reasonable demands. We've narrowed it down to 2 great houses!

Using HomeCity's website is really easy to use. I was able to set up automated searches and save a list of favorites. I like that they email me when one of my saved homes either goes off the market or has price adjustment.
