We looked for land for over a year. Mike Murphy was so helpful and patient as we looked at many properties in many parts of central Texas. Overall it was a fantastic experience with great service and communication. We will use Mike and Homecity again!!!

The people at HomeCity and our Realtor, Craig Scott, knew from the beginning that our experiences with Realtors had not been pleasant. That changed as soon as we got in touch with someone from HomeCity. Their website is incredibly helpful, and very user friendly. After putting in our offer, Craig was always on top of the process and communicated what he knew with us constantly, whether it was through email, text or a call. Every bump in the road we hit, he was on the phone with someone else and making sure we knew what was happening. We know that if we had tried to buy a house through any other Realtor or Realty Office, it would have been a more painful process. We can't say enough about how Craig took care of us during the process, and we will be recommending him to family and friends who plan on moving to the Austin area.

We had lots of trials getting just the right house. My realtor Matt Wittee stuck with me through all kinds of trials. He was great when I had questions. He could answer finance to house construction questions. He always got back to me immediately. Sad I won't be talking to him so often.

I never used a Realtor before but now I feel Kim Luttrull as part of my family. She was always with our family no matter was at 7 am or late at night. Always fighting for us with a level of expertise that made us feel secure in every step. Always with smile in her face but strong at the time of dealing with the builder. If I buy another house in the future I will choose Homecity and specially Kim as my realtor.

My real estate agent was very nice and professional, but made my first time buying experience not very good. My home was over a month and a half behind schedule and I had to schedule all my own walk throughs and closings. My agent was aware of all the difficulties and frustrations that I was encountering, but did not receive any sort of commentary, feedback, or guidance until I prompted them. He was over 15 minutes late to my final closing. I inquired with friends, family, and other colleagues if they had similar experience with their real estate agent and an overwhelming response was 'no'. Their real estate agent experiences were very positive as they had and advocate acting as an extension of themselves representing them in the home buying/building process.

We made our purchase in Austin using Homecity, beginning with a long distance on-line search from California. We were matched with Joe Longton who took the time to line up several properties for us to review when we came to town. Joe was extremely attentive and a joy to work with. When we found a home with a view we loved, but not the interior, he fought hard to get us a great deal that allowed us to make the change to make the whole family happy. Joe stayed with us every step of the way to insure that we were satisfied. We would strongly recommend Joe Longton and Homecity!

I trusted my agent as a friend, but she lied to me on several occasions, even with agents who where interested in putting an offer in on my home. She recommended a title company, and I would receive a discout, but that didnt happen. I even found my home which I purchased and she cashed in on the commission. After closing, she dropped me like a hot cake! I would not recommend Marie.

HomeCity Real Estate was most helpful in responding to my needs and was able to connect me with a reliable and efficient realtor who cared about what I was looking for in a home and helped me find the right place at the right price. In addition, the realtor negotiated on our behalf with a difficult seller, solved all concerns with the mortgage provider and got the sale closed in a very short time frame. What's not to like? I would recommend Home City Real Estate to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. My agent was awesome! She listened to what I was looking for and spent countless hours looking for a home with characteristics that "fit" my lifestyle and tastes. She kept me in the location I wanted to live and throughout the process was in constant contact with me. I felt she did the best I could have hoped for in an agent.

If all of your clients get treated like David Gervais treated us, you must have a lot of happy clients. David worked with me for several months, answered all my questions and was always available.
Since we lived in another state, everything was done by computer and David made everything, on our end, very easy.
David put in a lot of time and effort and was always pleasant and very helpful. If he didn't answer his phone and I left a message, he got back to me in a timely manner.
I would recommend HomeCity to anyone.

Working with Kirk and Jill at Home City was an absolutely incredible experience. They knew every aspect of the market and educated us on every detail of intelligent home buying.
