the worst customer service ever. the delivery guys are rude and have no manners. the customer service team are bunch of imbecils who are trained to tell customers their wrong. they have this fixed dialogue about how good their business is that why it takes 12 days , while my sofa took 36 days . they yell scream and harrass customer as they are lazy to do the job.

Well, their delivery service is the worst. It takes almost 14 days to receive stuff and then when I asked to change the time, they asked to wait for 14 more days!! completely inconsiderate and careless. Avoid at all costs!!

We returned the lamp as it was dented/ damaged on arrival but have not received the credit online for as we paid cash on delivery for it.
This was over a month ago. I've called the customer service helpline you get cut of repetitively I've sent emails no response.

I have ordered one dining table.. Unfortunately it's not good condition.. Without my consent they have opened the product and installed.. I told them I don't want I need to return it.. But they telling once open we can't return the product.. Customer care also not responding properly... I'm filling in consumer court.. Don't buy anything from home center... I want to stop them to cheating

We have bought furniture including dining table, sleeping cot, shoe rack, and one table. 1. they have delivered after few weeks of payment. 2. they did not give invoice. 3. when the product is not upto the mark and full of mold within warranty period, i raised a complaint somehow by tracking the purchase and procuring the invoice. their response is poor. They are not ready to help the customers. do nothing people after we give our money to them. complaint no 223621

My sofas and dining chairs were supposed to be delivered on 16th of September'19, Now it's been more than 20 days since the delivery date and the products are not delivered yet. I have contacted the customer care nearly 6 times and they kept changing the delivery dates. These stupid a-s-s-h-o-l-e-s are not even capable of knowing the reason for delay. That's how bad their service is! I'm on call with a service Executive named Mukul as I type here, who is giving me "helpAThomecenter.in" ID when I asked for escalation of this issue. He has put me on hold for the past 30mins as he is trying to connect me with his so called "Senior Executive" till now.
And. the b-a-s-t-a-r-d just hung up on me while I was on wait.
All customer care executives of home center, If you have so called "rules" not to connect with your senior executives, better resign your job and leave rather than lying to the customer and getting scolded badly!

Had purchased Furniture from
Homestore, Mall of India, Noida outlet on 30th of June 2019 (literally a month ago).
At the time of purchase they mentioned (and the same was written on the invoice as well) that the Furniture will get delivered within 30 days - latest by 30th of July 2019.
Today, on 29th of July 2019 (01 day before the date of delivery) their Customer care Executive calls to inform that the delivery is delayed by 02 weeks!! (That too when I have already waited for a month for the product - they couldn’t even deliver the same ON TIME!!)
When asked about the reason for delay, the customer care executive mentioned that the Furniture is being imported from the United States!! (Imagine Homecentre importing furniture from US!!)
This is highly unethical and unprofessional on Homecentre’s part to make false commitments to their customers just to sell their products!! And now they have already gotten the full payment, they are acting so indifferent!
Their customer care Executive has a standard computer generated reply that the furniture can only be delivered by the 13th of August, and not before that at any cost!!!
Really Disappointing on Homecentre’s part - so unethical on their business front!
I wish I had gone to a premium store and not Homecentre!

I had purchased a sofa bed from Sharjah Sahara Centre Home Centre Branch on May 2018. On April 2019 last we found some problems while it was bending and laying. So we stopped using that and next Friday I visited Sahara centre Sharjah Home centre branch and reported the complaint, then the advisor told network is not working there so he will registet next working day. After two weeks no response I gone there on working day and found complaint was not registered. After two days one person from quality department came to my home and he tried to bend and open in a very hard manner, what he trying to convince that it is working properly but what happened is now the sofa was completly damaged and it was become no use by his acts (It means before he coming we can sit in this after his performance we cannot sit also because its back support also damaged. He realized the fact and said that his Manager will contact me. Within 1 week I got a short missed call from Hone centre land phone number after two days that time phone is in my hand then also i missed the call because it was clearly a missed call for recording that they called me and not responded. while i call back i understad it is home centre but as i don't know the person or extension i cant talk. It clearly indicates that the calling person doesn't want to talk to me or he has nothing to convince me. After that on daily basis I am trying to get customer service but as all know t was very hard to get. You also try. Today I got connected and found that the Quality teams report saying that the mechanism complaint because of our use. If for not using why did you sell this. When buying time I asked the sales lady that if mechanism will complaint in future, then she says no and if it complaint 2 years warranty is there. Where is the warranty and commitment. Later I requested I will pay if needed you repair. Then the reply was this type of material and mechanism not available in the company. I had contacted the shop, contacted customer center through phone and email. Reminder send many times no response.

Home Center (Qatar) delivered Mattress (8/June/2019) and same night when we sleep there is rotten (moist) smell or smell with fungus come out from the bed. We could not sleep whole night. Next day (9-June-2019) we complained about the bed to customer service. Home Center Customer service responded that they will come and investigate first for confirmation. Once they confirm they will take the approval from Manager to replace with new. We do not know when they will replace. 2 or 3 days or.... I proposed them to brim new mattress with investigation team and if the incident been confirmed, they can replaced immediately. Then we will not have more sleepless nights anymore. HOME Center Qatar customer does not really care about customer service.

We purchased 2 shoeracks for our home, one of which was promptly delivered. The second piece has been plagued with issues for over a month now!
1) The package was delivered on a different day to when the carpenter installed it
2) The original shipment was missing a few pieces, which the Home Center Carpenter noted and raised a complaint
3) System did not register complaint until I called in 2 weeks later to inquire
4) They shipped another box - this was also the incorrect box
5) Their customer care won't help - they keep delaying the delivery date
6) When asked to talk to a manager, they just disconnect my call!

This company has been harassing this senior lady. The business strategies that they use is: 1) we are round your area and we are giving a free promotion to estimate what work that you may need at your home 2) we will erase your name in terminal 3) libel. Regardless of informing that she doesn’t need any work because she has someone else to do for free. The constant calling is a hinderance to her sleep time and her a daily activities. They REFUSED to take a no for answer and if you do, they verbally abuse you via telephone. ALL of readers and complaints in the BBB to this site, make sure you have right address and contact information where “home center” do not constantly change their information so they’re off the radar. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, and gives hostile environment when they are conducting their business to the society. This is coming from a business sector. We got the first contact information before but they keep on changing their contact info. again.

We just hired The Homecenter to "match" hardwoods. Our entire first floor had hardwoods, and we wanted to do the master bedroom and closet. Doing this kind of work can be stressful; however, Emily Adcock discussed every aspect of the process with me, got me samples, and sent a very professional person to measure. The installation crew was also great: they came on time, paid attention to details, cleaned, moved furniture, and did a superb job. We highly recommend.

Please be informed that the furniture (Shoe Rack) delivered on 18 Jan2019 evening, was found to be in badly damaged condition (photos attached).
Three long boards of the furniture were found to be fully damaged/unusable, which was also rightly witnessed & confirmed by available Carpenter.
Details of invoice number is 019621510041986 dated 08 Jan 2019.
Basis above, Complaint no. 177288, had been raised, for which no response/query/ any information received/conveyed to me by any medium.

We ordered a sofa set, it was the last piece so they gave it to us from the showroom, that's fine if it didn't arrive with damage in the big sofa and to the legs of the rest, trying to sort it with them for the past 3 weeks, calls and emails with pictures and even went back to Home center in Emirates mall where we bought it and no results! Very bad customer services!!

We have been ordering a sofa since 3 days and it's been canceled all 3 days without any reason.
1 day technical glitch - no explanation
2 day again technical glitch - no explanation.
Customer care executive and supervisor both took guarantee about the order not getting canceled again.
3 day: order cancelled- calls not being received by the customer care
If they cannot handle online requests they should just shut down the app and there call center

Horrible Experience!! Rubbish Customer Service. Will never ever buy anything from them.
We bought a cot for Rs. 38000 in Mar 2018 and within 2 months, it started to make weird sounds when we use it. Your customer support is terrible.
Can we get a replacement?
we already raised a complaint on toll-free twice, twice by email. Your toll-free representative refused to give complaint number. Your technician inspected twice already and asked us to contact the showroom and the showroom guys again ask us to contact support.
That's totally frustrating and irritating. You must have the call and email logs. We also have recorded the calls in case we need to approach the consumer forum. We demand an immediate replacement or full refund, along with compensation as you have inspected twice already
Total nonsense. We do not receive any replies/ solutions by email (except an automated reply) and that is why we are taking up this on social media.
Can you process a full refund and reply back to our emails?
