Buying house was definitely one my biggest dreams, but to me a far away dream that wouldn't be possible for a long time...I was always so scared about the whole process as everyone I know would always tell me how much paperwork and everything else involved in the home buying process. Luckily I met Debora Kerr (Senior Loan officer) and that was the key to my home buying experience! Debora was 100% involved and always available to answer all my questions, when I first called her she made sure to give all the right instructions to getting myself ready to buy my home. After I found the house I wanted we were able to close within less then 45 days due to Debora's efficiency in structuring my loan, making sure nothing would be missing so we wouldn't have any delays. Debora is not only dedicated to her clients but she is also very educated on her field of work. I am forever grateful and appreciative for all your help Debora! You are the BEST!

When the sale of my home dragged on (I needed to sell my current home to purchase my new home) they were very patient, responsive and accommodating. Our Loan Officer Rachna Kahna was Awesome. We were so nervous about this whole transaction last time we went through this process was 16 yrs ago when we bought our last house.

From the very beginning she made us feel great after the first 5 minutes of speaking with her We felt a good vibe about her. 95% of the time she would answer her phone and when she didn't she will call us back right away. Texting works great with her too that's is right away.

She has so much knowledge of the mortgage industry. There were no questions that went unanswered through out the whole process.

Her pricing was not only competitive it's actually beat Quicken Loans.

Both Christian and Rina at Prospect Mortgage were beyond fantastic. From the very beginning They treated me as a person and not " just a number". I was not that "easy slam dunk case". I had flaws on my credit report and there were some questionable issues. Prospect Mortgage were the first ones who even cared enough to ask me what my circumstances were that caused these red flags, and not just assume from the get go, that I was a "waste of time" due to some issues that kept me from receiving a pre-approval from another mortgage company. Even after I received a pre approval, Prospect Mortgage was working with me as I was getting all the paperwork needed. During that time, there would be issues that came up where Rina would need either more explanation or more information. A few of those times I was getting very nervous especially as my closing date was getting closer and closer, and to me, it looked as if something was going to either delay the process or possibly cancel the approval. Rina seemed as if she felt my feelings and nervousness and always put herself in my shoes and made me feel confident that things would go as planned. You see, My life took a 180 degree turn a few years back and I made the decision a year ago to get out of that bad situation, leave home taking absolutely nothing with me except the clothes on my back, and start over on my own. During that year as I began "my new life", one of my goals was to completely take 100% control of my credit and forever keep it as ONLY my responsibility. I was able to not only have almost perfect credit in that 12 month period, I was also able to save enough money for a down payment on my new home. Until Prospect Mortgage, no other mortgage company even asked me, what was clear as day, " How, why, and what" caused such a positive difference in my credit history and my credit score within the last 12 months. I could never thank Christian, Rina and everyone behind the scenes at Prospect Mortgage enough for "not being like everyone else" by giving me the respect to at least look, see, ask and CARE!!!! Thank you again Prospect Mortgage!! I will continually make sure that I promote your company and refer anyone I know who may be now or in the future looking for a home mortgage!!

From the start of our home search Damien Todd has been nothing but professional and straightforward with us. This was our first home purchase so we had some set backs but that didn't deter Damien from helping us and Erin Todd from pointing us in the right direction to help us become pre approved. Going forward I was very unsure and we even at one point backed out of a home. Once we made a decision and found the one it was smooth sailing. The communication between them and us was awesome. It was always made clear what was needed from all party's to get us to closing. I can not thank there team enough for all that they did for us.

Bruce and his staff made the experience of refinancing my home mortgage a total success. They were always available to address my questions and concerns.

My situation I feel was very unique, I was purchasing my first owner occupied income property and to me was a major deal. While the deal was being put together before we even started my loan agents set me up immediately with the documentation needed to submit an offer immediately.
