Our loan officer, Avi D. was very helpful in getting us all set up to refi our mortage. She worked well with us and explained everything that we needed to know. She was either calling us or e-mailing us to make sure we understood everything.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Cecil & his team.
Everyone was on the same page & made sure the process went smoothly.
We were kept in the loop the whole way. Cecil made it a point to contact us personally. We've worked with other officers before, and we would usually talk to their assistant. We loved the personal touch!

It was our first time to refinance without the help of a realtor and we were a bit skeptical in the beginning because we will not be dealing with loan /mortgage officers personally, but amazingly, it turned out the way we expected. The mortgage consultant was very helpful and kind, guiding us through the whole process and explaining every details of the loan. We were very please with the experience and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

We ran into a closing snag due to Prospect's computer issues, so we were unable to close on time (end of April). Because of his experience, Brandon Dominguez resolved the issue timely and professionally. He came up with a wonderful solution. Not only did he make our closing happen, we are not due for a mtg. payment until July 1st! By not closing on time, it actually worked out in our favor! We were able to skip 2 mtg. payments instead of one payment, and brought less cash to the table! This is the 3rd loan that we have had processed with Prospect and Brandon. Brandon always provides us with stellar customer service! Thank you.

Ronnie has been on the island for over 20 years and in the business for over 20 years as well. She is very knowledgeable about how to get a mortgage closed and is fantastic at helping the client find the best option in mortgage for them. I have done several transactions with her and they have all been great experiences.

Tefney Hannan is by far the best Loan Officer ever. We were under the gun to get our mortgage funded or we would loose our Earnest Money. She was brought in at the last minute and got the job done with a couple of days to spare. I don't think anyone could have done it any better. She is very efficient and also very nice. A pleasure to work with.

Prospect Mortgage made it very easy for me as a first time home buyer and my 203k renovation loan. Dave Samara out of the Worcester Mass office, Carla Cotton and Emily Volo spoke with me one on one throughout the entire experience and I was never left hanging. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a great mortgage company for whatever the reason, to start and end with Prospect Mortgage, as it will save you a lot of stress for a situation that doesn't have to be so stressful as its made out to be. Mark, Tom and Tina are such a hard working team and they get the job done. My loan was a difficult loan to get. We all worked hard together and communicated well between the four of us and got it done.
I have used the Mark Johnson team before and got the same great results. I would never consider using another company and I refer my friends and family.
I personally cannot say enough about how much I appreciate all they have done for me.
