To be less technical in explaining fees or to elaborate GFE of cost in laymans terminology is suggested.

I liked Leah a lot at the start of the transaction and actually told her that I would love to refer business to her if all worked out smoothly as promised. I soon felt her word meant nothing. She could not and did not close on time. She told a third party (the buyers gift donor) to send in the buyer's deposit, without informing anyone. Escrow didn't inform me either as they obviously didn't notice, and so I had a contract that meant nothing as the person who gave the deposit didn't agree to forfeit it under certain circumstances as the buyer who was supposed to send in the deposit did. I was the one who noticed what had been done to the agreement between the buyer and seller, and I do not like being put into the position I was put in. Leah also put in writing to me that I was NOT to meet with the appraiser until all Health and Safety items had been corrected (what items?) and all termite work had been done (which wasn't scheduled until near the close of escrow). I have never in my 26 years in the Real Estate business had such a ridiculous statement put into writing by a loan rep. Leah got into my contract on many levels, and to this day, I believe, does not understand that what she did was wrong. The appraiser hired by Prospect Mortgage was a nightmare to deal with. The saving grace was Bob Boehnlein, who at least calmed my frustrations with Leah and the appraiser and we eventually closed.

Art went above and beyond to get my loan done. My loan was a very difficult and complex loan to do. He always kept me informed during the entire process while he navigating through the many obstacles that we faced. Art's knowledge in accounting, finance and real estate as it relates to the mortgage process is second to none. I had two very close friends that declined the loan that Art got done. Without reservation I would recommend Prospect Mortgage and Adam Backes ( SR. Loan Officer) for your Mortgage or Home needs!!! Very Professional, Knowledgable, and they work as a Team to get the job done!!!!!

We made an offer and got a contract on a home that was pending the sale of our home. After we received an offer on our home we ordered and inspection on the home we were buying. Unfortunately that home inspection did not go well and we had to back out of that contract. We were then forced to find a house and close in the less that 3 weeks that remained on our contract on the home we were selling. Thanks to the speed and efficiency of Prospect Mortgage, and our Loan Officer Brandon Dominguez, we were able to pull it off and not be left homeless. We were able to go from no home to contract to close in less than 3 weeks. Wow! Just wow! And to top it off, the home we ended up with was much better and at a lower price than the one we had to pass on. Let's just say we are thrilled and so very appreciative to Prospect Mortgage for making it happen!
