Dave was able to Short-Sell the house, find a buyer, negotiate with the Banks, and take care of all the legal documents to make the sale go through. So, I needed to sell my home and thought I would sell by owner. In my research I reached out to Dave and he convinced me that he could help me with the pricing and marketing of the home.
