I inherited a house from out of state and needed an appraisal to do my taxes and didn’t know who to call. I went online and tried 3 different appraisers and no one responded. I then tried Home Advisor and 5 names came up but only one responded instantly and that was Atlas Appraisal Services, Robert Campomanes. Talk about fast, in 2 days he emailed the appraisal documents to me. If you want a fast appraisal at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Atlas Appraisal Services.
