The products were up to expectation but my packet was delivered without the most important item even though i got the full bill. I sent an email and got a reply that the bill had been updated a few days after, no complications. But i wld have prefered the missing item to be resent.

took two stars off as they failed to answer my question adequately which is going to result in me returning two products to them.

otherwise, if you want a blanket that crinkles every time you move around at night, this is the place.
i think it might be like that with all down comforters so not really a fault of home-tex but they could have told me this and saved me the extra hassel.
