We purchased 4 1002 067 341 Exterior LED lights at close to $100.00ea from Home Depot and 2 have failed within 2 years. One has a bad solar sensor, the orher, the LEDs just faded and quickly crapped out. They look great out of the box, but you will get only 2 years out of them (plus what you would pay for an electrician to change them). Home Depot crap never fails to fail.

Do NOT even consider ordering these cabinets. I did a complete kitchen remodel and had issues with every single cabinet that I received. Misaligned drawer fronts with no method to move without drilling new holes. Screws through the side panels and glue everywhere. The door hinges are garbage and were installed such that there was no vertical adjustment. The cabinet doors have very sharp and pointed edges. Caught my hand on one of them and it broke the skin. I wanted something better than the particle board, box store standard, but for the price and quality, this was not the way to go. Home Depot needs to dump this company.

I ordered a hall tree from Home Decorators Collection. One of the pieces was mis-drilled, so I needed to contact customer support to request a replacement. No customer support number was provided with the furniture itself, so I had to go to the website and look up the number. The first time I called (the number on Home Depot's web site for HDC), I was directed to an answering machine that said they would call back within 2 hours. When I wasn't called back the next day, I called the same number back, and it had been disconnected. I still haven't ever gotten a call back from that original call. So I had to go back and search the internet for a different customer support number. When I called this number, I finally got an answer after about an hour wait from a call center in India who did not speak English well. I gave them the model number off of the box, and they were unable to find the piece in their catalog.
Finally, after about 1/2 hour and giving them every number on the box, they were able to find the order and ordered the part that I needed replaced. They said that the part should arrive by the end of the week. Friday rolls around, and no part arrives, but we get a phone call saying that it is actually 4-6 weeks for the part to arrive, and asking if we still wanted the part. Again, no number was left to call back and confirm, or any way to avoid another 30 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone, and the phone message said that they had also sent an email that we could respond to, but that never arrived (unsurprisingly, they wrote is down incorrectly).
Still haven't received the replacement piece yet.
The furniture looks nice, but the quality and customer support from the company is awful. I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this company.

We ordered cabinets and counter-tops for three vanities. Two matching for a master bath and a third for another bathroom. That cabinets are okay quality. The real problem is in their quality control and shipping. Almost every piece we received was damaged or just wrong. The cabinets are packaged in cardboard boxes with no padding or protection. Smashed corners and broken drawer fronts were the norm. And don't count on a replacement either. One of the replacement drawer units we received was a different design from the rest of the vanity. The customer service rep seemed genuinely baffled that we wanted all the cabinets in a vanity to be the same. We received a counter top with the three faucet holes partially drilled! How hard is it to miss that the holes DON'T GO ALL THE WAY THROUGH the counter-top? That was 4 months ago and I'm still waiting on a replacement. Their customer service clearly doesn't care. They're just punching the clock. Sure, they'll set up a replacement, and maybe eventually you get the product undamaged, but they clearly don't care one way or the other.

First the Home Depot people were great. The issues I have are with cabinet MFG. When the cabinets finally arrived there were several pieces damaged. Not Thru shipping. Looks like they we're packaged that way. It's been four months since my kitchen was started and still the damaged pieces have not been shipped. The installer Chris was great and he was very thorough in his install and inspection. He works for Home Depot not the cabinet company. Hoping to have these items by early a July according to Home Decorators. In speaking to them several times they were not helpful nor accommodating. I'm just another customer they don't care about. Never a apology from them for sending damaged cabinets. Having to stay in Florida much after I had planned just to accommodate their schedule and policies.

Bought a Bracket set model no. 904 546, called HDCDIATI made in Vietnam, through Home Depot.
This bracket set is supposed to hold in a glass shelf.
For the low price of under 12 dollars I did not expect a real high end product, however the fasteners that came with the item were of such inferior make and quality, that I was unable to fasten the brackets in the first place. The drywall screw anchor did not have a proper grip opening for any screwdriver to fit in, so the screwdriver just spins without turning the anchor. By using a screw to help turn the anchor, the anchor snapped off and was therefore useless.
The fasteners are INFERIOR and useless.
Yes, the item can be returned for a refund, but the real issue is why does Home Depot, carry such low quality products? The time spent going back and forth to this retailer to get this matter resolved is worthless compared to getting a refund.

Purchased through Home Depot and I am extremely dissatisfied. Several cabinets arrived damaged and they refuse to replace and some cabinets colors does not match. some were bright white some off white. They also seem very fragile. They have sent me a skin to glue over the damaged spot but it also was damage on arrival (twice). After two attempts to delivery a flimsy patch they said they would just credit me $50 on the $800 cabinet that is damaged. So I'm stuck with a gouged and scratched cabinet in my kitchen remodel. I recommend you avoid them. This will cause me to seriously reduce my business with Home Depot

Home Depot has taken over the search engine for homedecorators.com. They've made everything sound similar so when you put in home decorators.com you get the Home Depot home decorators section I don't want them I don't want them at all I want to get homedecorators.com but the way that they cleverly worded their website you can't get past them on Google. It's a travesty it's horrible what they've done to poor old homedecorators.com I move so I don't get the catalog anymore and I can pick them up online. This ought not to be able to happen I've tried Googling it many times and I can't find it anymore. How can just changing the search engine for a website put somebody out of business this is horrifying this should not be allowed to happen Home Depot is a big monster

I tried to gmail my kitchen design attachment in a standard pdf format to the HD designers several times to have them review my design but they could not receive my email. So, a big waste of time. Home Decorators should not advertise a free design service if they cannot receive emails.
Otherwise, I designed my own kitchen with much effort successfully. The cabinets were expensive even after the 30% discount but the cabinets did arrive undamaged and very well packed.
The Manganite finish and Roxbury style were quite beautiful. So, a very demanding experience and exhausting but also a good ending to the story.

Julia Hazeltine Home Decorator - STAY AWAY, asked Julia to design a small mother in law kitchen, 10 ft by 14 ft. Planning on major remodel later. She had a couple ideas but way out of our budget. After paying her, she would not respond to email, text, phone call. Took the money and ran. My suggestion - run.

I used to love Home Decorators. I bought a summer home in 2015 and furnished much of it with many, many items from Home Decorator. I shopped on line easily and was very satisfied with 99% of my purchases. I have a few credits which I have been trying to use. Sadly the online site is awful, pictures don't load, search is useless and it is just a complete waste of time. What happened?

If you are not a part of Home Depot, I will have to find someplace else to shop! I have recently moved and was counting on Home Decorators where I could find your interesting products at a fair price. No more! The new web site was impossible to use and the products are not the same! Disappointed!

I ordered all new semi-custom cabinetry about a year ago for my kitchen, but I ordered the top cabinets only. I had no problems and was satisfied with the quality. Recently, I finally ordered all my bottom cabinets and they shipped over a week later than promised. I dont know if they were shipped damaged or it happened during shipping (thin cardboard protection only). The cabinets were coming apart by the time I received them. I notified the company and they manufactured and sent replacements. Same thing. The back is coming off the cabinet. Their workmanship has declined horribly. I am keeping the damaged cabinet this time because I just want to be done with this mess. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

No, it's not that I don't like change, it's just that nothing is the same as the former Home Decorators e-business. If I want Home Depot, I'll go there. I want to browse the Home Decorators catalog like I used to. Bad move.

Okay, so I am not imagining things! Home Depot has destroyed Home Decorators. No practical filters for searching, huge waiting times while trying to scroll/search, frequent error messages and pages that can't be loaded.
You should have to use the website, as part of your job, while being paid by the hour. I bet then the "decision makers" would get the wake up call to improve the performance of this website! I am done wasting my time! Bye, bye.

wow, just so disappointed with HD getting rid of home decorators collection. WHAT a MAJOR disappointment. If I wanted to shop at HD I would go to HD which BTW I wont!
I prefer to shop the online site or catalog which offered so much more

Bad move Home Depot. I've been ordering from homedecorators.com for many years and am perplexed as to why the on-line store was discontinued. They had excellent quality and selection. HomeDepot is a home improvement store not a home decorating store. The HD inventory doesn't come close to what homedecorators.com always had. A huge loss to the customers!!!!!

I have shopped Home Decorators over many years, recommended the site to friends. I just went on the site to shop for some new items. The new site is hard to navigate, doesn't load in a timely manner, and the selection of merchandise leaves much to be desired. Not shopping here anymore.

I have shopped at Home Decorators for years. I could always find "that" right piece I was looking for. The new site is HORRIBLE to navigate. The inventory seems to have changed from great eclectic pieces to "blah." I get that Home Depot is trying to create a connection, but this ain't working. want the old site back!
