If I could give 0 stars I would. I made several attempts before the product was shipped to cancel the order. When someone finally replied to my messages I was told that the product was already shipped and I could return it once I received it. A month and a half later the product was not received. I contacted them and was told that I should have received the product and they will look into it. After weeks went by with no word back I sent an email asking about the status. At this point it had been over 2 months since the order was placed. I have since sent at least 5 emails requesting a refund and have not gotten a response from anyone. It has now been 4 month and I have no product and no refund. I have lot almost $100US to this company

Money paid, no items sent 45 days later. Dispute opened at Paypal, and money refunded. Complete waste of time!

So disappointed with the holland boutique services I ordered since October a baby goat infant formula and today is the day 2 months or more and my order is not delivered. Also I have Witten many emails sent and there's no answer. I don't know if they are a real online store or what???... please I want my order as son as possible or I will cancel it!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I never received my order and emailed on several occassions but have had no response from anyone at the company. This is not a good business in my experience and would recommend that you do not use them!

I have ordered 6 months of new born baby milk 2 months ago and till now I have not received it. Contacted them quite a few times with very slow response. After I said I wanted to cancel, they gave just gone silent. They said I just need to fill in a Chinese custom form but the link was not working not mention they only sent the link after 1.5 months I have ordered the milk. Until now no money refund nor receiving milk. I wouldn't recommend them for any international purchase, they claim that they really very experienced with international order but they are not! 国内的朋友

Ordered and waited for 2 weeks. No news about shipment. Emailed them to request for refund. No news for another 4 weeks. Phone number on website doesn't work. Couldn't call in. Whatsapp doesn't work too. Please don't buy from them. I will keep calling until i get my refund.

I had to order special formula (cow milk protein allergy) for my baby because I could not find it in Hong Kong but always bought it in Russia. Actually the site is easy to use and order but the only problem is that time for delivery to different countries is described in a separate page. So I did not expect (did not even know) that I took the parcel to get in 7-10 working days rather than 2-3 days. So if the site, confirming the order, gives you delivery time with the order, it would be really helpful.

Love the sweets and health snacks. My baby only uses Kabrita formula! Great variety and service. Shipping is a bit long, 2-6weeks.

I have ordered 3 purol nourishing cream and 3 purol multi purpose cream, paid £14.95 delivery charge through PayPal a total of £30.19 on Oct 28th, money have gone through and since over 2 months, I still haven't received the products. Try to contact holland boutique query about the order through various means such as email,whatsapp and live chat. None of them get any response back, is so frustrated. If they don't have the products then just don't sell it or at least give me an explanation of how come it took so long and refund my money. very disappointed with their unprofessional attitude.

Strange... sad... ordered on September 11 for $161.61, website says: "Awaiting Shipment". We're a month later now. Sent a message through the website, no answer. Through Facebook, no answer. Called their landline, nothing. Left a voice mail, no response. Called their cell number, no answer. You took my money and don't send me any goods. That makes this a certified scam.

I have NOT received my products "Dr. Vogel" yet after 4 weeks....
I ordered on November 18th 2016 an extensive order for dr. vogel products valued €99,74.
I have contacted this company several times.
There was NO reaction at all, nada de nada!
I will contact the Police as I suspect CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES.
like cyber crimes.

It seems this company (if it isn't someone running a business out of their home) is either out of business or heading in that direction. I previously had ordered from them (in July of 2016), and although I experienced a delay, I did eventually get my product. I also was even able to get an email response form someone (thus the second star in my rating). However, my most recent order in late November has gone unaddressed (although I have been billed). My email attempts to reach someone have also gone unanswered. If you used a credit card to purchase your items, you could consider filing a dispute against the charge.

I am very satisfied with the product, very simple to place an order. Rather slow delivery,waited for over a week and quite expencive-almost 20eur for European country.More expensive than the products I ordered.
Nice gesture is a package of cookies!!
