Ordered a part on Aug. 16. I checked the status on Aug. 21 and it still showed as processing. So I called to ask about it and it took about 4 hours to finally get some kind of story about the manufacturer moving to new warehouse, bla bla bla. I was promised that the part would be shipped today, Aug. 28 but when I checked the status it still showed as processing. This time I contacted them through the chat feature on their website and was given another story about problems with the warehouse and it will be 48 to 72 hours before it can ship.
I finally informed them that I want it shipped tomorrow and the status updated with a tracking number or a full refund. Regardless of whether or not they actually ship the part tomorrow this is extremely poor service.

Just had the best Customer Service Experience with a gentleman named Mike. We received incorrect part in error but he made the entire return process so easy including emailing us the return label! Plus he immediately ordered us the correct part without recharging our credit card! I own my own business-we keep a sign posted that reads: "A customer doesn't remember the problem as much as they remember how the problem was solved".. I will remember HME Medical Shop for their great Customer Service! Thank you Mike!

I was in need of a walker and spoke to HME Medical Shop thru online chat and then called on the phone to place my order. Both representatives were very helpful and and showed a desire to help which is sadly lacking in so many businesses today. I am so glad to do business with them!

Adult Wenzelite Anterior Safety Roller ordered on April 7, 2018. As of May 30, no delivery, no response. My next step apparently will be to go to VISA for a refund and claim of fraud.

Was told item would ship 48 hrs after it was in stock. It did not. Called customer service, was told they would get it shipped ASAP, it did not. Called customer service, was told she arranged to have it shipped from manufacturer that day, it did not. Called today, was told no assistance could be given. Still hasn’t shipped.

I ordered a mobility device online on May 26th with free shipping and a promise to deliver in 5-8 days leading me to assume the item was in the warehouse. After having received no tracking information after 10 days, I sent an e-mail to sales and customer service requesting a call back the following business day by noon. At end of business the following business day, I received no acknowledgement by e-mail or phone from sales or customer service. We are going on a family vacation this week which will be very nearly impossible without a mobility device and am concerned that trip will be miserable and a burden on everyone due to HME's lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver when promised. Still awaiting word from HME Medical Shop. I would say that failure to deliver as promised is reason not to trust a company. Failure to respond to very plainly worded request for assistance is worse than untrustworthy. It's inexcusable.
