Never received my order asked for refund and was told it wouldn’t be possible until they do a “claim” never got follow up or answer

I ordered two pairs of pants a month ago. Tracking said it never left their warehouse. I contacted them to get a refund and was denied. I was told to file a claim over and over and given different days to do so, I attempted three times to file a claim. Nothing happened. I will never shop here again. I contested the charge with my bank because I Never received my money back. Hopefully I get some kind of resolve. Don’t order from them, the customer service is horrible.

H&M Such a disappointing app I can't even log in even after giving an appropriate email account even after many attempts.

1. You can wait for your order forever
2. Paypal payment does not work for a long time (a few months for sure). But instead of fixing it (or at least removing as a payment method) support people suggest you to contact PayPal (really??? works smoothly for any other store) or to try another browser (so they have no idea it's packed with errors on their side and never even opened browser console), and yes, it obviously does not work in other browsers neither because it's not related
3. Items might magically become unavailable while in your shopping cart
4. Some sizes are displayed available on PDP, but adding them to cart will only show you either nothing, or an error message "not added". Really, h&m, such a huge business can actually afford a nice and WORKING system that is removing sizes directly after they becoming unavailable and not trying their customers patience

I love simple clothes, so I often buy t-shirts and sweatshirts in this store!

Shocking service I ordered my nieces 1st birthday presents on the 31st March. I got a notification from Hermes saying they had my parcel on 5th April .... on 7th April another notification “we’re sorry your parcel has been delayed we’ll have it on the move in the next 24 hours” .... 24 hours later still no parcel .... notification on 15th April (16 days AFTER order date) “your parcel is on the way back to sender”
The parcel was never even attempted to be delivered to my door.

I called H&M they apologised and said the delivery driver “must have been new” I asked if my parcel when it gets back to the warehouse to just be sent back to me ... H&M advisor told me I couldn’t have that parcel sent back to me and that I need to go back online and reorder and I will be sent a 25% discount code and my old package money will be refunded to me once they get the parcel ....
So fair enough I went back into the website to try and find alternatives (as everything I ordered 2 weeks prior was sold out) to use the discount code which wasn’t even valid!!

I then rang H&M back to be told their systems are down and to call another day.

You can keep your 25% discount I won’t be spending another penny in your store either will my family members or friends.

The worst online shopping experience of my life!! Never again from HM. Rude personal and terrible customer service!

Quality is great, I like it.

HM gives 30% discount on Creative Headz hairdressers to loyal members. But it turns to be valid ONLY Monday-Friday 10:00-15:00, which means that if you work, you can never take part in this discount. Shame.

Bad service in H&M Drottninggatan 50. It is not possibility to return or change even when got recipe +new clothes but still not possible. One very angry and negative seller worker. Everywhere else is possible to return when got recipe and clothes is new not broken. Just tried to change because too small size but they didn't understand when speaking English +they don't let to change or return I think. I won't shop again in Drottninggatan shop worker was so negative, just bought new clothes but size was wrong worker she said "it is old+used now" how I could use clothes I bought 9 minutes ago it is new. They advertise possible return 30 days but it was more like no return or return 3 seconds then no in this shop. I saw many used clothes in store, so they will let locals return but tourists not. I liked this store+its clothes but for me is too difficult to buy there now.

Got a t-shirt with a little rip in it, but it got fixed as soon as I talked to costumer service!

Just before Christmas 2018 I purchased for myself three packs of the multi pack boxer shorts (X3) at a cost of just under £30.00, in the colours white and grey.
It is now February and I have already had to dispose of five pairs of boxers as they tear at the seams!
Initially they were a good fit, but unfortunately they have no longevity.
Not really that cheap to buy and from experience a very low quality product.

I will not buy again from H&M Online Store.

I buy in H&M every two month. Quality isn't the best, but you pay price for style. That's the same business model as Zara. However, Zara has very low quality and compared to H&M is way more worse.

Lately the quality is quite bad, clothes are poorly sewn, the designs are ugly, different prices depending the store, clothes from other seasons as if they were new.

Could use a little bit better wuality
