The worst, spammy, trashy mobile wallet on Earth with a stupidly aggressive mandatory registration for Lao Visa application. Very angry that they store card details without approval when someone just wants to make a payment. Outrageous business behaviour, unavailable customer service. Filed complained with the regulators and the card schemes, this company better be closed

We are extremely dissatisfied with working together with Hipay. Our company has become a victim of fraud. Our funds are blocked, relations with suppliers and partners have failed, and sales have declined significantly.
Representatives of the company did not provide specific arguments, evidence, official documents. The only thing we received was a document on the termination of the contractual relationship after 30 days. In the e-mail, we specified in advance whether we could continue to work and receive payments through the Hipay payment gateway, and received an affirmative answer. Sales were made, goods were sent to customers, and the money remained blocked. This is frank cheating!
This is not serious company! We don't advise anyone to cooperate with them, since your money may illegally withhold and simply do not respond to claims. Hipay representatives are absolutely not interested in resolving the conflict.
This feedback is the result of the fact that our attempts to establish connection and find solutions to the problem have failed.

I recieved a notification from worldemail.com. they said that I won 12,168UR by answering the 5 quetion. they said that they need to colloect 7.98UR to transfer the money in my card. Here comes that I have already pay the payment.....They collect money from my card and not transfer the money in my account....I used HiPay in paying the money for the services and commission....Please HiPay return the money.....

Contact Form Does NOT work.
Your contact form is useless. You made me open an account that I didnt need to make a simple payment with my card and then you didnt deliver - only managed to collect all my data. I dont want this account. All I wanted was to pay for something. I want you to delete my data from your server immediately.

I process my visa to USA via ESTA and my payment went with HIPAY.com , and instant to charge $14.00 USA they charge me EU59.00, and there is no way to contact them , no email address, they cash my CC straightway , answer please !!!!!

I see hat Hipay is favored by fraudulent websites. I started only looking into this after I bought a product from a fraudulent website.
I would avoid all websites that Hipay is involved in because you can never be sure. They only act as a third party and don't take any responsibility.
At least pay with your credit card that has internet fraud protection.

I transferred 70,20 euro from Betcenter to HiPay, but I can't reach my account and they don't reply on my emails on their helpdesk. Very poor service and I wonder if I will see my 70,20 euro ever again.

I am a consumer and ordered some cloth from "The Kooples." They didn't fit so I sent them back. On 20.03 I got email from The Kooples that the money has been refunded through Hipay. It's been 8 days since then I still haven’t got the refund on my bank account. There are 2 refunds, both failed. The hotline of the merchant (The Kooples, don't buy cloths there btw, unless you are ready to lose your money, coz they work with Hipay) can not help me. So I contacted Hipay via Email (the only way. The automatic answer is not helping at all, around 200 Euro still stuck on Hipay, never transferred to my bank acccount. probably Hipay makes money that way. What A shame!

I have placed an order at Skypro.com on the 30th of April. The payment went via HIPAY. I have returned my order, but didn’t received my money back.
Skypro says that my money is at HIPAY and That They should return it. HIPAY doesn’t respond to my e-mails.
It has been more than 2 months now.
NEVER PAY VIA HIPAY!

No phone contact possible. E-Mails are answered with a 5 day delay. We are 10-year merchant and they just kicked us out without prior notification or explaination. Since years there customer support is horrible and it's getting worse and worse. Don't trust or use this company.

Very bad experience and unacceptable behaviour from HiPay. We are travelling from Australia to East Africa soon. We wanted to purchase visas into Tanzania. We applied online and then were diverted to HiPay for payment.
As we used a debit card all our details were given to Hipay, however the payment was rejected by them. I have just received a phone call from our bank telling me this was a scam involving Hipay. We have now cancelled our Debit Cards.

Made a payment via HiPay to a website. After 10 business days they still have not received the money, yet the money has been debited from my account. Do not use this service, have sent them emails and no response.

I wish I could give them zero stars... Horrible customer service not providing any answers other than what seems to be copy/paste, automated messages. I'm trying to withdraw my funds, but it simply does not go through. And since they charge 14€ for any ATTEMPT of withdrawal, you could end up with your whole balance lost to transaction costs.
Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM HIPAY.

I saw many reviews about HiPay . Unfortunately many people are right when they say that Customer service of HiPay doesn't help at all. I paid for my item via,HiPay . The Merchant sent me wrong parcel . I sent that parcel to right customer. Now I have no ordered item nor my money . I asked the merchant to refund my money as they haven't sent my order but they just play with me. I don't know if I ever see my money back. It's about 374,90 Euro plus 25.92 GBP for shipping wrong parcel . I'm fighting for my money back but I see only silence from the Merchant. And what was the answer for my complaint what I wrote to HiPay? They are not gonna help me as they say it is not their problem. As per them they just make transactions. Where are the rights of customers then. Really bad service.
