It would be nice if there was also a call in number associated to a Highfive session in case someone needed to call in. Currently I know the URL but if I am not in a location with Internet access it can be touch when scrambling to join a meeting.

This hardware and interface are both unlike any other product our company has tried. Our connectivity to remote team members and clients completely changed over night. Setting the units up and brining them online could not have been simpler. The dedicated On Boarding team was absolutely brilliant. They were so thoughtful in guiding our rollout to the full company. The materials they provided made it so simple for our operations team to implement and for the staff to learn. As with any technology, it isn't without hiccups, but the support team has been incredibly responsive and always able to get us fully functional again in a surprisingly short amount of time. The sound quality is ridiculously good. And the units and interface have a minimalist, modern feel that suits the aesthetic of our company and offices. Really can't recommend Highfive enough.

The system work alright when it works. The trouble is in the lower bandwidth connections that we don't have control over. When attempting to connect over lower bandwidth connections from our clients, we see issues with screen sharing performance and call quality that equals dissatisfaction and frustration from our clients.
Secondarily, most conference room applications embrace the static phone line, which makes it easy for users to call into the conference if they are using a phone line. High five uses a rolling number and makes it difficult for users who are less technically savvy. Reaching out to High Five, they've indicated that this particular feature is not on their road map. Unfortunate.

As a remote worker, I love Highfive! I really feel looped in and can see who is in the room. It is super easy to set up and get started. I am a veteran GoToMeeting user and I constantly have some issue with it, but Highfive doesn't seem to have issues. The one thing I have not tried is recording meetings - I am not sure if it possible or what the output is, so I still use GoToMeeting for things like that.

We use this in our office for client meetings when our attorneys are out of town. Client comes in to our conference room and meets with their attorney remotely. The feedback from clients is favorable and they don't seem to miss the warn body being in the room.
The mouth and the words are in sync and the picture is clear. The ease of use is tremendous. It has enhanced our client meetings. So much better than speakerphone with no video and tons better than using Skype.

Highfive is a great video conference platform. While there are areas to improve around screen sharing and audio playback, the customer service team has a been great to work with and has assured me that these are high priorities on their radar to address in future updates.
