Dock stops charging randomly without warning. Have contacted customer services about this and after responding and asking me to update the firmware I have informed them it is still not fixed. They have since stopped responding.
Would avoid, these docks are £200 and do not work as intended.

Dreadful. Trying to return a product and literally no customer service whatsoever. Quick to take your money and then geo completely silent. Avoid like the plague

pre-ordered a Henge Stone Pro ($362.96) in early July, with promise of shipment in August; unit was actually delivered late July.
unit did not work for more than 20 seconds before it began scrambling video, blacking out monitors randomly, and running extremely hot.
created no less than 6 different Support Tickets through their Return system, to no avail; no response.
finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which oddly goes to a residential unit in a complex in the Washing DC area?).
got a response to BBB that they would reach out to me, and indeed i got a contact with a return mailing label the next day.
returned the unit (have confirmation that it was received from their automated return system), and have yet to see a refund 10 days later.
can't recommend anything about this company; the product didn't work, their online Customer Support system is byzantine (literally sending you in circles), they were unresponsive until i had to report them to an authority, and they do not seem to follow through on their promises.
