Appalling. Ordered a watch on 5 September, heard nothing since (now 12 September). I raised a ticket on Monday but three and half days later no response. Tried to contact them by phone but the number doesn't work. Tried +41 (43) 505 18 07 with and without 43. Number doesn't exist.
Cannot contact them, cannot cancel, no idea what's happening to my order. Maybe they will respond to this review.

Terrible experience. Chono 24 says estimated delivery is 5-6 business days from time of placing the order. I placed my order 3 days ago and even payed for the DHL courier service which should allow delivery in 1-2 business days according to the website as I needed the watch to be delivered within 10 days of the order. I emailed the company, texted their whatsup number and even tried calling them and leaving a message and they haven't replied to any of my communication attempts. On top of that there is also no option online to cancel the order through their website even though the payment has been processed! Terrible costumer service and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

After an earlier review on trustpilot they reached out trying to resolve the issue of my order not being sent and no reaction on emails. I responded back to them and heard nothing again until now.

The mark of great customer service isn’t when things go right.
Instead, a company, and its customer service, should be judged when things go wrong. How do they react? Do they treat the matter with a sense of urgency? Are they transparent and honest in how they deal with you? How long does it take to resolve the issue?
My first purchase with Harvey Store was fine. This is what you expect to happen.
Sadly, my second order with them went horrifically wrong in every way you can imagine.
At every step of the way, their behaviour was obfuscating, apathetic and embarrassingly incompetent.
With every communication — when they bothered to respond at all — it’s another meretricious apology and a different excuse.
Any pretence of being a professional outfit with the barest concept of customer service completely vanished over the weeks and weeks it took to resolve this issue.
How bad could it be? Well, to keep it as brief as possible:
1. They sent me the wrong watch. Not a great start. OK, disappointing but mistakes happen.
2. They admit their mistake, and tell me that the watch I actually ordered is out of stock. They ask me to let them know when it would be best for the courier to pick up the parcel to return to them. Once they get the package back, they’ll refund me. Fair enough.
3. Sadly, the days I nominate for the courier pick-up come and go. No one had read or acted on my reply because they “had been really busy.”
4. The courier has to be rearranged again for the following week.
5. The package is picked up in London on a Monday afternoon and is out for delivery the next day in Italy. However, the warehouse is closed and DHL take the parcel back to their depot.
6. No one at Harvey Store, or the warehouse, bothers re-arranging the delivery, so DHL keeps the parcel for the whole week.
7. Annoyed by the lack of progress, I have to chase Harvey Store for them to re-arrange the delivery from DHL.
8. Finally, they get the watch back, but they stop replying to my emails. I don’t think it was unreasonable to ask when I could expect my refund? I asked this on least five different occasions over the next couple of weeks. None were answered. If there’s a delay, or a problem, why not be honest and tell me about it?
I have all the emails to prove everything that I have described above.
Finally, about a month since they sent me the wrong watch they process my refund, but only after I told them I would be exploring 'alternative avenues' to get my money (more than £600) back.
All the way through it felt like I was having to beg them to get this issue solved - even though it all stemmed from their mistake of sending me the wrong watch. They acted like they were doing me a massive favour just to give me the refund.
I think that's what you call a big customer service fail.

I have purchased multiple watches from this site, an Junghans and a Montblanc. Both arrived promptly and were as advertised. I have also ordered other Montblanc merchandise and it is all excellent. I would totally recommend purchasing from this company. When i did have an issue with a pen that was purchased, they took care of the issue and sent me free refills. Highly recommend for a great merchandise at a great price.

Edit: I previously posted a really negative review about the company as the watch that I ordered hadn't been shipped in time and I couldn't get a hold of their costumer reps either through phone or email. Once I texted their whatsup number though and described my issue I did get a reply within 48 hours and since then my experience has been great! The support person was really helpful and did everything in his power to accomodate my request for fast shipping due to my travel arrangements. They even helped process the package quickly through customs by immediately providing any required documents and kept following up with me till the watch was delivered. It did end up being a day late but still in time for my travels so good experience overall.

Do not trust this website. I ordered an Hamilton some days ago. The watch was not the cheapest and it also figured as in stock on the website. The expected delivery was between 2-4 working days. Now I receive a mail from the customer service that the product is not in stock and they tell me tht eventually I can place a pre-order. Are you kidding me? My payment results as approved and the amount of money is already taken from my card.

I tried to buy an IWC watch which was available immediately on their web and also on Chrono. I made an inquiry about the final price 3 times via email and they only responded 10 days later (ten days!!!) to say the watch was sold out.
Then almost a year later I wanted to get a little discount on other watch (many canoes offer 10% immediately for the first purchase) but they never responded (again).
They also have WhatsApp but don't respond either.

I ordered watch via chrono24 by this supplier and paid it by return. Even watch was marked as on stock after 20 days hasn't been delivered and supplier has stopped any communication.
