Helpcrunch is a full-featured application. Despite having so many features it is easy to set up and even easier to use. it motivates the user to do more and provide the best customer experience. it has given us the best return on investment.
I particularly like auto messages, the option to send emails and the upcoming knowledge base feature.

HelpCrunch is a completely transparent company that has a great support team and well-built products (live chat, knowledge base, automated messages).
They have set pricing which isn't based on your active user count so you're going to save a lot of money per month in comparison to Intercom.

They don't have a help desk yet. But I was told they will soon.

So where do I start? I have been looking for a live chat solution that had a modern interface, with targetted chat and would allow me to put on multiple websites without getting charged a small fortune.
I chose HelpCrunch specifically for reasons. I would certainly recommend. Plus the team offered really good responsive answers to any questions that I had.
