The customer service is the worst. The hearing aids themselves are not very comfortable or very high quality. HEAR.COM DOES NOT stand behind their product.
When I signed on I was told my personal representative would be in contact with me throughout the process. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL.
The first set of aids did not work for me. I tried a second style. Less expensive too. Hear.com was to call me and set new terms. NEVER HAPPENED.
The second set are just as useless. Poor fit and quality. But I received them day 43. TRIAL OVER. I contacted Hear.com and they gave me the run around so I wouldn’t post a bad review saying they would see what they could do. NEVER HAPPENED!

Excellent service and skilled Audiologist. I suffer from SSNHL and not until recently would any hearing device benefit me. I was skeptical when I read about “a new hearing aid” for sensorineural hearing loss. I made the appointment through hear.com they scheduled me to see an Audiologist and I was tested by Dr. Joe Taylor. Dr. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and was compelled to find the best hearing aid for me. Because of my insurance he was considered Out of Network but that did not stop him from calling several other providers while I sat in his office. He finally located a provider not far from me and he showed me exactly what I need and told me how much the hearing aid would cost with my insurance. He is very competent, caring, and driven to excellence. Aaron Cusimano, MD

I just got a call from one of their reps who gave me the 3rd degree - questioning things like when, where and how much. When I objected to this questioning the rep abruptly hung up. I would not do business with this company.

They have the worse insurance department I have ever worked with. I have been trying to get an itemized bill for my insurance company for 8 months now! It is really unbelievable, all I need is one piece of paper stating some information and I can’t get it! How hard is it to email me one piece of paper with the correct information on it! I would never recommend this company to anyone period!

I lost my 3 year old hearing aids in 2016: I had put them on the bed headboard before I went to sleep and forgot about them. They were very small and had cost me $7,500 in 2013. I could not forgive myself for losing them so I lived without hearing aids until this year.
BOSE hearphone(cost a little over $600 with tax) is BETTER than
my $7,500 hearing aids ! REASON: I can control volume depending on situations( TV. group meeting, individual conversation ) by clicking my iPhone. $7,500 hearing aids did not give me any varied situation.
I think the reason why hearing aids are so expensive is because of marketing, advertising, audiologist test etc. These expenses are not necessary for people like me who lost good hearing due to the old age ! Hearphone comes with 3 different earplug size and its design is quite attractive when you wear it. You do not need to buy and stock up small batteries because it comes with USB charging
cable. I charge my Hearphone every night before I go to sleep.
I like the price, the looks(contemporary sleek design) and I am able to command Hearphone how I want to listen. I am 80 year old woman and love this gadget !

My honest experience was I
had an honest experience with Bruce and Amber. Both both were very knowledgeable and helpful and in helping me make my selection of my hearing aid. The instructions that were given by them very precise and helpful and made me feel comfortable and confident I made the right decision.

I was very pleased with the choice of audiologist and the entire process. I made my feelings known about the type of hearing aids that I wanted and everything worked out great. I have been using them for about 4 weeks now without any issues. I would recommend hear.com to anyone considering hearing aids.

Still trying to understand the process of the volumes. Haven't figured it out yet. Lots of background noise.

My hearing aids are fine. This company does not provide the hearing aids, they send you to a company they work with and you get them there. I was promised 3 years of free batteries but I can't seem to get them to send them to me. I am on my 3rd call and now am told they will call me back. I am a little put out with this company because of this.

Excellent and Professional!
Hearing aids are very personal and are not a trivial matter. My Hear.com representative was friendly, courteous, and professional. She took the time to work with me specifically and to get it right by putting me with a true audio professional here in Jacksonville. While anything but inexpensive, my hearing aids have already proven their worth. I was added to the special interest group and expect to glean even more value from that interaction.

Margie and Frank were a great team that got me in the door, gave me an exceptionally complete hearing test, explained all my options, and help me order my new set of hearing aids. After receiving them Frank spent a lot of extra time, helping me get them set up for my hearing. By doing this extra effort I can hear things I have not heard for years. My wife love the new TV “ volume “ I now listen at, and I’m not always saying “what”? I love my new hearing aids thank you so much

👍 It's been a pleasure working with Jered at Hear.com! Everything has gone just as they said. They're great at followup and they connected me with an awesome audiologist, Joel Hart at Hearing Rehab Center in Colorado Springs.

Lisa was very good at recommending the best type hearing aid for me. I like these hearing aid, in despite having bluetooth issues with the left ear unit and having the right ear unit go dead. The right ear unit was replaced promptly and has been functioning properly since I received it. I have been very pleased with my experience!

Best Hearing has been an very happy experience for me. The first interview was very pleasant. Darell Cornelius is very understanding and precise in the hearing test
I was there for a special product. After the test he told me the product I wanted was not the one for me. He showed me what he felt was best for me. I tried it and am pleased with my new hearing aids.
I would like to say that Janet Burd was very helpful at the beginning, and thru to the end of my purchase. Thanks to everyone

You tried very hard to help. The units were too large for my small hearing canals. I appreciate all you did.

The company is excellent in offering their services and follow up. I'm still unsure of the hearing experience as I go from situation to situation; office to home, street to restaurant, car ride to trivia night in a bar/lounge setting. But the 5 star rating is for the hear.com service as they've been excellent.

The representative who phoned me was very polite and well-informed. The hearing center, Allen Reese in Plymouth Indiana is extremely conscientious.
