These folks clearly never heard about "customer service". I ordered something online which was supposed to be delivered to an access point in 2 days. I was already prepared for a bad delivery experience since they work with GLS as the only delivery company, which is the worst in Europe.
In classic GLS fashion of course, they couldn't deliver the package to the designated GLS access point. The package was stuck somewhere in the GLS headquarter and Hawaisurf assured me, that they will call them and take care of it.
I canceled my order after a week of wait and never heard back from Hawaiisurf again. 3 Weeks (!!!) later I surprisingly found the package in my letterbox without any notice.
Hawaiisurf is now demanding me to send the package back with my own money... And again, impossible to reach Hawaiisurf via mails and phone calls to finally get this over with.
This is the last time ordering something at this shop because obviously they DON'T CARE about their customers. I wasted so much time on this.
PS: If you, Hawaiisurf, are reading this, PLEASE finally send me my return ticket. THANKS
