worked hard to find a house that would work for our family of 9 then once we found the house they were great to make sure that everything was in order before we arrived. Miranda their on site Maui manager met us showed us the house and all it's conveniences and check in during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking and provided maid service twice during our 7 day stay

Villa Kumulani worked fabulously for my family of five. Close to all of the dining and shopping opportunities in Wailea. Close to golf at the Wailea Golf Club. The ultimate bonus was the proximity to the simple but beautiful public beach at the end of the driveway! Sunny greeted us in the early morning hours after a long day of traveling from Michigan which we appreciated. The refrigerator was stocked with beer and goodies and we were all set for our relaxing time in Maui. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for late afternoon relaxation and rejuvenation. Our beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was choice! The house has everything you need ... period!

Sunny was fantastic to work with and communication was timely and succinct. Thank you Sunny! At some point, we will be back!

Our family had a tremendous experience during our week long stay on the island of Maui. Our experience with Hawaii Hideaways was outstanding! They kept us in the loop, they called immediately as we arrived in the airport, made sure we made it to the house, and they left some food at the house for us when we finally made it there. They even rented kayaks for us, and had them delivered to the house before we got there. The house was beautiful, with plenty of space for our large family, and we were lucky enough to see whales right from the patio every day of our trip! I cannot say enough good things about Hawaii Hideaways, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Once on the island the property manager Ms. Rose took over, OH MY! I wish I could post pictures of the beautiful homes!! I am not sure what we loved more the home, the Ohana, the pool - nope our view!

Hawaii Hideaways has helped my family plan 2 summer vacations and we have had such a positive experience with them. The pre-arrival grocery shopping and concierge services to book excursions were wonderful additions to make our vacation easy and fun! Each of the houses we stayed in was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. We have appreciated all of their help and support in planning vacations that we will all remember for a lifetime. Hawaii Hideaways is the BEST property management company that I've ever worked with. All of their team members and guest relation managers are very attentive and detailed oriented. Not only you can count on them to finding the best vacation rental for you and your family, they are a full concierge service whether you want local recommendations, tours, massage therapists, chefs, yoga instructors, photographers and surf instructors, they can provide golden service. I honestly would not work with anyone else but them, you will not disappoint.
The check in and check out was convenient and flexible. The property manager met us for check in to walk us through everything. They can buy groceries and stock the property for you prior to your arrival. They also left us a lovely local fruit basket along with some aloha cookies and goodies. All of their properties are kept in tip top condition and if anything ever goes wrong during your stay, they would take care of the issue usually the same day, if not the next. I highly recommend Hawaii Hideaways.

Our family has used Hawaii Hideaways for several years each time we vacation in Hawaii and we cannot imagine doing it any other way.
Hawaii Hideaways represents homes all over the islands and depending on the size of the group, the occasion and what we want to do, they have found us the perfect home. What is amazing is the cost to rent an entire home is comparable or less than the cost of equivalent hotel rooms!
Our favorite by far though is Sun Dreamz on Maui. It's just a short walk into Lahaina, has a gorgeous beach front with sea turtles to watch all day and easily accessible to stores, coffee, restaurants etc.
No request is too small for the Hawaii Hideaways group during your planning and if you need them during your stay. They have helped us organize activities, birthday surprises and a private chef.
Our vacations to Hawaii have turned into dream trips each time we have used Hawaii Hideaways so much so that we can't wait to go back. My husband always says, when are we going to our house on Maui? We were very happy with our stay in Maui at our beautiful Hawaii Hideaway's lodging. Communications were excellent before during and after our trip. The villa was stunning and exactly as promised.

Beautiful setting on a secluded beach with accessibility to restaurants, activities and shopping. The exquisite home was well appointed and stocked with all the accessories needed for a beach vacation. The 5 bedrooms and baths provided ample space for my active family. The only complaint was the air conditioning in one of the upper bedrooms which broke down twice and required Freon. Replacement was recommended by the repair technician. My family made many wonderful memories at this “place in paradise” on Kailua Beach.

We could not have been happier with the entire experience. The booking process was easy. The house was everything promised and more. The concierge, Sunny, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and worked with us to arrange an amazing chef for the week, a luau that was better than most tourists get in a hotel, complete with Hawaiian singers, dancers and fire dancers, and equipment for paddle boarding, including instruction. I could not imagine a better way to spend my milestone birthday.
