Lots of communification up until installation then a terse email to say I hadnt paid and then me phoning wondering where the cheque had got to. Might add I wrote the cheque out and posted it on installation day

Love the curtains and blinds. However, measurement taking, organisation and attention to detail can all be improved. Our quotes were often incorrect our invoice didn’t match the quote or our financing. The measurements for two curtains were incorrect and had to be remade, another arrived damaged and had to be remade. Overall probably wouldn’t recommend to a friend but we do love the end result.

Our salesperson Jenny was good to deal with face to face however we encountered problems with the manufacture of our roman blind, for whatever reason the join in the fabric on one end bulged out and after 3 attempts to get it right we were offered a discount which wasn't our preferred choice because we still have the defect staring us in the face.

Curtains & Blind are good quality, but the service was poor. Curtains weren't ironed or steamed and were very bulky. And I asked for hold backs to be installed - they were purchased but just left for us to install.
