The WORST customer service ever! Ordered a crib conversion kit and they charged my card (even thought they said they never “clicked” on anything yet even though they knew the product was no longer in stock. (Website still lists item as “In Stock” as of this review). I emailed to inquire about the shipping status only to be blasted in an email from their employee Brigitte saying that the order had been cancelled and it was my fault that I didn’t log on to the account to see that the order was cancelled. I checked out “as a guest” and had no way of logging into the account, but why should I have to log in to check the status instead of them sending me an email? She then took her emails to a personal level and told me to “focus on your kid, your husband, your happiness and not on hurting others?” If only reviews allowed me to post pictures, I would post the email that was sent. I reported her and the company to the Better Business Bureau.

I spent 6500USD for versace travel set and its been 3.5 months, no update regardymy order. Last email I received was two months ago and since then no reply to my multiple emails and calls. Such a poor service, now i need to claim my payment as dispute. Really frustrating. Will not recommend anyone to shop from this store again.

We ordered at carry cot and car seat from their website, but when we assembled the carry cot parts were missing and accessories ordered and paid for were not included. When we contacted their customer support, we where told it was expensive to send the missing items, but nothing about them sending them as we ask for. Now they simply do not respond to us, so guess we are forced to go elsewhere and pay for the missing items for a 2nd time. Would never recommend to shop at this webshop.
